The Short Story

Initial Expectations: I haven’t been too impressed with either Fred Lincoln or what I’ve seen of the Taboo series, but there’s some nice talent here that at least makes me a little interested again.

Initial Reaction: It’s pretty good, but far from great.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody wanting a variety of sex scenes with a little plot

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants stuff that’s taboo by today’s porn standards

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The age of the feature shows itself before the opening credits are even half done. The video has a few remnants, but after that only has a little grain. The audio is also a bit off. The audio has a few scratchy points and is frequently slightly off balance.

Music: The music is normally a bit loud, but it fits the scenes nicely and doesn’t sound like typical porno music.

Disc Complaints: There’s no time stamp here, which always ticks me off. I like to sometimes jump around in movies, and without the time stamp that can’t be done. I think this might be the first time I’ve found this with a Metro release, so I’m hoping it’s an isolated incident.

Menus: The menus leave everything to be desired. The main menu is unanimated and the chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a photo of each scene and a chapter number.

The Feature

Tom Byron and Jenteal are sex therapists who try to help people work through their problems, such as abuse and incest. Tom is fond of breaking the rules and sleeping with his clients, but Jenteal prefers to follow them a little closer. Tom is the senior therapist, however, so Jenteal has to follow his lead a bit and also learn from some of Tom’s stories of past clients.

Scene 1 - Tammi Ann and Joey Silvera

Tammi Ann starts things out with Joey Silvera. Tammi starts out in the tub with Joey watching her, and even gives him a little show. They exchange oral favors, with Joey giving each of Tammi’s holes some serious tonguing, before they start fucking doggie style in the tub. Joey moves on to fuck Tammi’s ass before finally popping on Tammi’s tits as she smiles and laughs.

This is a different and hot scene. The entire scene takes place in the tub, which is something I don’t see much of, and it doesn’t feel overly claustrophobic either. Tammi, who normally doesn’t do a lot for me, and Joey have great chemistry and put in some nice energy as well to make this a winner of a scene. This is a very nice way to start out the movie!

Scene 2 - Dallas, Jenteal, and Vince Voyeur

Dallas teams up with Jenteal for the second scene as Vince Voyeur watches. Jenteal strips Dallas down and lets her tongue wander down to her pussy before letting her fingers join in while Vince watches and masturbates. Jenteal has Dallas strip her down before allowing her to work on her, and sits on Dallas’ face so that she can give her a little something back. After a little therapy break, Dallas gets it on with Vince while Jenteal watches and diddles herself. Dallas sucks Vince before laying back for him to give it to her missionary style while Jenteal works on herself with a dildo. Jenteal gets to put her toy aside when Dallas eats her while Vince fucks her ass from behind. Finally, Vince pops on Dallas’ thigh while Jenteal stays as far away as possible.

This is an okay scene. I was frequently dissatisfied with the camera work, as I often wanted to see more than what the camera shown. After Vince joins in there’s only a few seconds where you can see all three of them at the same time, and once the fucking starts I don’t think there’s a single time you can see all three faces at once. There were also many times when something like an arm or leg hid the good stuff. There’s nice energy and okay chemistry for the scene, but the camera just never manages to completely capture it. This is the weakest scene out of the entire movie.

Scene 3 - Ariana and Michael J. Cox

Michael J. Cox takes on Ariana in a jail cell for the third scene. Ariana catches Michael playing with himself, and he eagerly reminds her that she’ll have to punish him. Ariana takes Michael over her knee and spanks his ass before striping down to reveal her heavily tattooed and pierced body and allowing him to warm up her pussy. She rewards him with a little knob gobbling, and appears to take him into her throat a few times. They move on to fuck in most of the common positions, and keep things a bit on the wild side. There’s plenty of spanking, and Ariana takes her facial with great eagerness to finish things up.

This is a great scene! Ariana and Michael have great chemistry, and I love how the dominance aspect flips around a bit as the scene moves on. There’s great energy as well, and it makes this one of the best scenes in the movie.

Scene 4 - Jenteal, Misty Rain, P. J. Sparxx, Porsche Lynn, and Serenity

Jenteal heads into a S&M dyke bar for the penultimate scene to talk to some of the girls. Misty Rain, P. J. Sparxx, Porsche Lynn, and Serenity, however, aren’t interested in talking. They quickly get down to a group orgy with the love flowing all around. P. J. and Serenity spend plenty of time sharing a double dildo, while Misty gets plenty of ass attention. There’s also a little anal action for Porsche and quite a bit of P. J. with a strap-on. Sadly, the scene just fades out to end.

This is a hot scene! There’s great chemistry all around, and everybody in the scene looks like they’re into it! They’re also plenty of energy and a nice variety of action as the scene goes on. The only thing that holds this scene back from being really great is that it fades out for the ending rather than coming to a natural end.

Scene 5 - P. J. Sparxx and Tom Byron

Finally, P. J. Sparxx, who looks absolutely smoking in her yellow fetishwear, takes on Tom Byron. She starts out giving him some nice head with plenty of eyes and a little bunghole massaging before laying back on the piano bench and riding Tom. She lets him fuck her from behind and finally takes his joy juice on her ass.

This is a pretty good scene to finish things up with. P. J. puts on quite a show, but overdoes it a little. That said, she looks great overdoing it and never really lost me as the scene went on. It’s a little quick, but she and Tom finish things up nicely with some good energy as well as nice chemistry.

Taboo 15 is a pretty good porno. There isn’t much to the plot, but the little plot there is does a very nice job of setting up a variety of scenes. The domination and fetish aspects are very nicely done, and fit into the movie perfectly. Jenteal also does a great job in her scenes, and although she doesn’t come close to taking dick it never seems like she’s holding anything back. The sex also gets a little beyond ‘couples sex’, as there’s a fair amount of lesbian and two anal scenes, but it never feels over the top and nasty. I can see many couples who want something that pushes things a little accepting a little anal and lesbian action, and with a title like Taboo 15, I’d expect to have something like that. Taboo 15 is a pretty good fuck flick that mixes things up nicely.

The Extra Stuff

Trailers are included for Blue Screen, Being Porn Again, an unnamed James Avalon movie (which with a little research turned out to be More Than a Handful 12), and Eighteen. The photo gallery includes about twenty very nice looking snapshots. There’s also website and phone sex commercials.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Metro’s DVDs can be found online for between $12 and $25 with most stores offering them for around $20. At the low end this one is a decent buy. There’s a nice variety to the scenes and some hot sex. There isn’t much for extras, but the technical aspects are pretty good for the age of the movie.

Note to Metro: A time stamp would be a great addition here. It would also be nice to see you releasing your older titles like this as part of a lower priced line as some other studios have done.
