Initial Expectations: If it isn't enough that he's a class act who really cares about his performers as well as his movies, Ivan's A2M 11 blew me away. I can't help but go into this one with sky high expectations.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very well done. The audio is clear and well balanced and I don't think I heard a single background noise. The video is very well presented in anamorphic widescreen. There's just a hint of pixelation in a couple places as well as a touch of artistic lighting, but most of the movie looks fantastic with well lit and smooth camera work.

Music: The music has a cool feeling and is very well balanced with the rest of the audio. That said, it's also very repetitive so I was very happy that Anabolic cared enough to give the viewer the ability to turn off the music for all but the tease segments.

Borderline False Advertising: The cover states “Over 3 Hours!”, which is true if one factors in the extra footage. Hopefully Anabolic ends this confusion soon and changes it to something like “Nearly 3 Hours!” as some people aren't going to care about the extra footage. Heck, even just a “3 Hours!” wouldn't be bad when there's normally just a couple minutes difference one way or another.

Menus: The main menu has a cool style that mixes a few clips with a few stills of the girls. The chapter menu nicely lets you choose a scene not just based on a still of each scene and a chapter number, but also a still of the girl's face and her name.

The Feature

Ivan keeps things simple for Sweet Cheeks 8. Each scene features a girl with a great ass who may or may not let a guy or two fuck it. He starts each scene off with plenty of tease and then lets the action begin.

Scene 1 – Lexi Love, Mark Ashley, and Steven French

Scene 2 – Nikara, Brian Surewood, and Sascha

Scene 4 – Alexis Texas and Tony T.

Tony is completely passionate throughout the scene without going over the top intense like so often happens, and really shows a lot of respect towards Alexis as well as showing how all those people who have been avoiding him should really give him another chance. Alexis gets into the action just as much, and looks to be having a fantastic time right down to girlishly refusing to slap Tony's cock when he asks her to. This is easily one of my favorite scenes in the movie.

Scene 5 – Paulina James, Steven French, and Tony T.

That said, there's something about the scene that just didn't let it work as well for me. That kind of submission normally doesn't do a lot for me, and of course guys like Steven “The Ring” French never helps scenes out for me. This isn't a bad scene, but it just didn't work as well for me.

Brianna and Tony help Sweet Cheeks 8 to finish on a high note.

Sweet Cheeks 8 is a great ass movie. I know that for a lot of people that means “How nasty can we get the anal sex?”, but for Ivan the focus is actually on the girl's ass, whether she opens it up for the guys or not. That's something that often gets lost in porn, and I'm always thrilled to see that some directors still know the difference between an ass fetish and an anal fetish. That said, Sweet Cheeks 8 isn't a complete ass fetish movie either. There's some nice focus on the asses throughout the movie, but more than anything Ivan seems to focus on passionate sex with girls with great asses. Lexi, Brianna, and Alexis might have been my favorites here, but the person who really stood out throughout the movie was Tony T. I know, it's wrong for guys to notice guys in porn movies, but I can't help but comment on the “New and Improved Tony T.”. Gone seems to be the over the top intensity and misogyny and instead there's a performer who just loves to fuck and wants his partners to enjoy themselves every bit as much as he's enjoying himself. Yes, he can get energetic, but more than anything he brought a sense of passion to his scenes with his scenes with Alexis Texas and Brianna Love really standing out. Sweet Cheeks 8 is a great fuck flick that deserves to be checked out.

The Extra Stuff

The photo gallery lasts two minutes with about six seconds per very good looking full screen photo. There's also the ability to watch the movie with or without the music, watch just the strip tease segments, cumshot recaps, and a behind the scenes featurette.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts about eight and a half minutes. Lexi starts out cleaning a bit of the jizz off the camera before showing where some of it ended up. She heads in to clean up a bit before talking about anal and not going for the anal diet. Nikara is next with a little post-scene chat that goes wrong due to a naked man in the room. Finally, Paulina sits on the edge of the pool talking about her friend 'Margarita”, who's cheap, goes down easy, and makes her do crazy things. This is a short behind the scenes featurette, but also a fun one. There's some good laughs as well as some nice personality from the girls, and my only complaint is that all of the girls weren't included.

Currently, many of Anabolic's current releases can be found online for between about $17 and $25 with very few stores offering them for under $20. If you're a fan of ass, this one's going to be well worth the money. The sex is hot and the girls are beautiful. The technical aspects show some very nice care, as does the extras. This is a very well done DVD.

Note to Anabolic: It looks like you're trying to make a comeback, and if you keep up like this it shouldn't be a problem.
