Surfer Girls (Shane's World) Review

The gist: The usual Shane's World reality-porn formula: Take some porn chicks out to party with civilians, arrange some handjobs/blowjobs, throw in a couple of regular sex scenes with porn guys, add some sports/outdoors activities, shake well. This time they're in Hawaii.

The play-by-play: The movie starts with a non-reality scene that depicts Teagan packing for the trip and trading quips with her "boyfriend," an actor (presumably) I don't recognize. We get a lot of cute, bratty personality from Teagan before they decide to give each other a nice sendoff. The foreplay is nice and playful, and the vibe is pretty realistic (i.e. clothes are removed on camera, no acrobatic positions). We get some attractive cowgirl and some mish before he pulls out to pop on the belly. Not a bad scene.

After a quick travel montage, the girls waste no time getting the lay of the land and finding some guys who are willing to go back to their bungalow (it's not that tough a sell). Brittney Skye takes charge of the first guy, who starts out lying motionless on the bed, understandably nervous or unsure what to do. They get into some mutual masturbation, which Brittney seems to be enjoying a lot more than he does. We see that Nadia and her guy are watching, and eventually Nadia hops onto the bed to help. The guy is still just lying there looking at the ceiling, but he does eventually pop in Brittney's hand.

Nadia gets her guy on the bed for his turn. While he fingers her ass, she gets him between her tits and, briefly, in her mouth. Eventually she jerks him to a pop while Brittney watches from the other bed.

Quick cut to Katie Gold's turn, which appears to be much later in the day. Katie is much quicker to go oral on the guy, while Nadia and Brittney play with each other a little on the other bed. This lucky guy eventually ends up with all three of them all over him, with Katie doing most of the oral work. Understandably, he doesn't last too long.

Another staged scene intrudes as we see a "Back on the mainland ..." title card and find Teagan's boyfriend getting blown by Fallon Sommers. Fallon looks very naturally sexy in a t-shirt and plain gray panties. There aren't a lot of fireworks in the scene though, just some routine mish, cowgirl and doggie before a pop in the mouth. Fallon's shirt stays on the whole time, oddly.

Back in Hawaii, all four girls pick up a guy and pile on the bed. Katie takes the lead with the dick for the most part, while assorted licking and fingering is going on in all directions. It's not much different from the other bungalow scenes, though.

After dinner, the girls hook up with some guys who live in a kind of tent city by the beach. Teagan seems to like her guy, and they make out for a while before getting to business. When she starts jerking him in earnest, he lasts about a minute. Almost no oral. In the next tent over, Brittney and Nadia work together to get their guy off manually. For some reason, he finishes by jerking himself off onto a t-shirt on the floor.

After Katie makes breakfast, they hit the beach for surfing lessons and ride some baby waves. While they're shopping afterward, Brittney finds a German guy named Jerry and takes him back to the bungalow. After stroking and sucking a little, she declares that she wants to fuck him, and looks back at the camera to ask, "Can we fuck?" Apparently they can. It's all handled in a very real manner (he tells her that he can't fuck her too hard, or he'll cum too fast), but I have to suspect that this guy is a ringer. I don't recognize him as a porn guy, but isn't non-condom sex with a guy you found on the street pretty unwise? Anyway, Brittney does seem into it, and she looks good in the mish, doggie, cowgirl and spoon. He pops impressively on her belly after showing pretty good stamina, especially for a guy who was supposedly nervous about it.

Afterward, Brittney looks into the camera to say that she doesn't normally do such things (roll eyes here), and that she intended only to give him a handjob, but she was "sexually frustrated" and couldn't resist. Perhaps. On the other hand, only two guys are in the credits for the movie: "Tommy X," who I assume plays the role of Teagan's boyfriend, and "Jerry." This may seem like a pointless side issue, but I'd feel better, with regards to safety, if they had chosen to just 'fess up on the reality quotient in this scene.

Later that night, the girls head to their surfing instructors' pad to party. What a bunch of dickheads. One of them gets Teagan into a back room, and Katie tags along to help. The guy is not what I'd call appropriately appreciative of the situation. He complains that it's just a handjob before Teagan starts blowing him, then complains about the camera, and that he's not going to get to fuck her -- "I don't just get jerkoffs." Then he rudely announces that he just wants Teagan and basically tells Katie to get lost. Douchebag. This scene totally pissed me off. I think they'd have been totally justified to walk out and leave this Willie Aames-looking motherfucker with blue balls.

The next day, Jerry takes Brittney and Nadia to an unpopulated beach where he can get a double BJ. He bangs Nadia doggie, gets Brittney mish while Nadia uses a vibrator to help make Brittney cum, does Nadia cowgirl and doggie, goes back to Brittney doggie, then samples some more of Nadia before launching another high-powered load to the belly. Yeah, this guy's a pro. Or he should be, anyway.

For the last day, they move from their bungalow on the serious-surf North Shore to tourist-infested Waikiki. Katie tells us that she's a little jealous of Brittney's discovery of Jerry and wants to go beyond the handjob/blowjob world herself. She quickly shanghais a guy back to the hotel room, and after a nice blowjob takes him in mish and in doggie, where her ass looks great. She takes the pop in her mouth, which also seems a bit on the risky side. This guy seems real, though, judging by his nervous demeanor and realistically modest size. So maybe Jerry was real too. Who knows?

We close with another two guys getting the stroke-and-suck treatment from Brittney and Nadia in a very giggly and playful finale.

Pros: As a wise man once said, it's great if you happen to like that kind of thing. In this case, if you like the "Girls Gone Wild" vibe and you're not looking for extreme sex, this will work for you. The girls appear to be genuinely having fun.

The sex itself mostly has a real feel. Brittney's scene with Jerry in particular seems pretty natural -- they talk and laugh while they're fucking, and seem happy to be doing what they're doing. Teagan's opening scene is similar. It doesn't look as much like a performance.

The cast worked out great. Brittney Skye in particular does a great job of letting her personality come out, and she looks better here than I remember. Katie Gold also seems to get the concept of mingling the fun and sex.

It's a long movie. Between the 155-minute feature and the footage on Disc 2, you're getting a fair amount of value.

Cons: Especially in the first hour, the handjob routine got a little repetitive.

Maybe it's just me, but I found it a little disconcerting at times to see really high-caliber porn lasses offering themselves to, frankly, some semi-lowlife clowns. Just jealousy, perhaps.

The safety concerns noted above did trouble me a little. The scenes where you have no test or condom for vaginal sex seem pretty irresponsible. I realize it's no more irresponsible than what often happens in real life, but I guess I'm accustomed to believing there's at least some effort to keep things safe-ish in the porn I see.

Someone forgot to pack sunscreen for poor Teagan. She gets pretty lobstery pretty quickly, but at least it doesn't seem to slow her down.

DVD extras: It's a nice package. There's a 22-minute behind-the-scenes feature with random non-sex goofing around, and some indications of what life was like on a trip with four porn chicks. It's mostly pretty entertaining. There's 15 minutes of "Lost Footage" that consists of three sex segments that didn't make the movie. There's a bonus scene with Eva Angelina that doesn't relate to the movie at all. Then there's a 15-minute "Interviews" segment that is one of the best of its kind I've seen. Clips of the four girls are edited together so that they flow well and tell a story. And they talk about the experience as a whole, and about their impressions of each other. Good stuff.

Summing up: It might not be my favorite Shane's World movie ever, but it's close. It's probably better as pure entertainment than as stroke material per se, but if you're a fan of the genre, it's worth a look.
