Squealer is a hard movie to review because JacktheZipper did certain aspects amazingly well and in other aspects he completely missed the mark. The resulting movie is hard to recommend but if you are looking for only certain aspects within your adult entertainment, this might be the perfect movie for you.

In JacktheZipper's homage to horror films, several party girls break down when driving down the road. They go to an old farmhouse for help where they end up being attacked by hillbillies. The plot is presented only through a series of images. Only one or two sentences might be uttered throughout the entire movie. After the quick sequence during the opening credits, which establishes what happens, the movie consists of sex scene after sex scene at the hillbilly encampment.

JacktheZipper has done a great job with the sets used, which look eerie and creepy and would fit into any horror genre movie. For the most part, the movie is shot very well too. There were a few split screen shots, which really just seemed to be in the way. Other than that, the lensing was great. With the cinematic look to the movie and the moody sets, it is too bad there was no attempt to create a plot.

No matter how you look at it, the biggest discord in the movie is the sex scenes. The mood of the sex scenes is completely off. Our opening scene has the females inside the creepy house, who decide to sexually ravish each other, and then upon the crazed hillbillies showing up, eagerly welcome them into their orgy. This is the downfall to all of the scenes, the females are held against their will, tied up, and abused by the hillbillies, yet vigorously go into copulation with their captors or each other at any chance they get, which completely destroys the mood generated by the sets and shooting.

The male actors faces are never seen throughout the entire movie. They are shot only showing their lower body portions, which added to the creepiness at the beginning but come the end of the movie seemed to just be a cop out.

I am not sure who the target audience for the movie is. Fans of feature movies will find the endless collection of sex scenes with no plot, outside of the quick pictorial one at the beginning, to be a let down. Fans of all sex rough sex movies will probably find the horror intrusions to get in the way. And fans of forced sex will find that the willingness and enjoyment from the captives throughout to be a let down.

Hustler has done an okay job with this release. Squealer is presented in the non-anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio of 1.66:1, which is an odd aspect. Modern televisions are 1.78:1 and old televisions are 1.33:1. Squealer was never released to theaters, so the aspect ratio makes little sense. Sadly, as noted, this is a non-anamorphic picture, which is sure to infuriate modern television set owners. The picture looks fine throughout the presentation. Squealer is presented with an English Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo track. Since there may only be one to two lines of dialog at most within the entire movie, only the music level matters, which seems fine. Hustler hasn't included much for extras on the release. There is one deleted scene on the release, “Cut One Pony From the Herd” with Felix Vicious. There is also a slide show.

Squealer is a hard movie to judge. There are some aspects to the movie that JacktheZipper did beautifully and others where he missed the mark. Ultimately whether this movie is right for you will depend entirely on what you are looking for in adult entertainment. Hustler's release for the movie is lacking but not so much as to not be worth picking up if you like the title.
