Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are about what one would expect. Most of the audio is in Japanese with subtitles, but about thirty five minutes in changes from subtitled to dubbed for about twenty minutes and then returns to being subtitled. The video is presented in the full frame format and looks like average to slightly below average anime you might see late night on the Cartoon Network.

The Movie:

Let's see, there's a princess from another world with a ray gun that makes people think they're brother and sister who's sent to recover an ancient weapon that needs to be reset with sex... a secret government program that seems to be creating transsexuals to rid the world of men and is now under attack by forces that resist it... another secret government program that has a robot powered by a stone that appears to get is power from female orgasms that's fighting against a scientist who went made after touching the stone and has an orgasm powered robot of his own along with a train filled with sex slaves... How does it all tie together? I haven't a fucking clue. The movie feels like it's something like four to six episodes, but the second to the last obviously comes from a different series and some of the earlier installments also don't fit together. There's a little continuity with the alien princess and the sex weapon story, but I have no clue how the rest of it fits together. The sex powered robots story is fun with a Pacific Rim / Voltron kind of vibe, but it doesn't feel like it's anywhere close to a part of the rest of it immediately due to it being dubbed while the rest of the movie is subtitled.

Sexually, Space Force: Operation Sex gives you all the standard Japanese anime sex themes you'd expect. You get incent, creampies, non-consensual sex, and of course, tentacle sex (because you can't have anime sex without tentacles!). It moves at a nice pace, and you do get several scenes as the movie goes on.

Overall, Space Force: Operation Sex seems like a complete mess. It doesn't really line up with the story that the cover puts forward, it feels like it's three completely unrelated stories thrown together in a hibachi and then poured out to see how it looks together, and can't even maintain continuity with its audio and whether it's subtitled or dubbed. I know I don't do many anime reviews, but I'm actually disappointed with this one as it did sound like it could be fun and creative. Instead Space Force: Operation Sex is just a few steps above a disaster.
