Synopsis:
Keri Windsor is starting to suspect that her husband Steve Hatcher is cheating on her with her friend Renee La Rue. Keri decides that she must find out the truth so she heads off to talk with her friends.

Audio/Video:
The available audio track is an English 2.0 Stereo track, which works for the film but sounds more dated than it is. The track has the sound of a late 80s or early 90s porn track. As to why I'm unsure as this film was made this year. The dated sound doesn't detract from the film and the dialog can be heard throughout the film. No other language tracks and no subtitle options are available.

Slow Burn is presented in the full screen aspect ratio of 1.33:1, which is the original aspect ratio for the film. The picture presentation of this print is beautiful with no blemishes, artifacts or glitches to be seen. The picture is crisp throughout with perfect color levels. Where the audio is lacking, the picture is not.

Special Features:
As far as extras go, this disc is rather bare containing a photo gallery which contains stills that you have to flip through. The only other extra on the disc are biographies for cast members Calli Cox, Renee La Rue, Keri Windsor, Kyle Stone, Chris Cannon, Ian Daniels, and Steve Hatcher which contain a photo and some text information on the star.

Navigation:
There are ten chapters available from the main menu for Slow Burn providing excellent navigation options for the viewer. They are identified by a video clip from the area of the film that the chapter goes to. There is a time code for the feature film encoded on the disc.

General Review:
Slow Burn is a plot based adult film, but fans of porn with a plot will be heavily disappointed by the plot presented here. It's rather uninteresting and doesn't really lead anywhere. The ending, which I think is supposed to be a surprise twist, is a complete disappointment and letdown. Basically the plot exists here to exercise your finger while you are fast forwarding over it.

The cast looks great, except for Steve Hatcher who really doesn't have the looks to be in an adult film, but don't have great interaction. They all appear to be going through the motions in all the scenes. This could be due to the lackluster camera work during the sex scenes. It could also be due to the formulaic sex. Almost all the scenes are exactly the same here, with exactly the same camera shots. This film should be an excellent choice for new to porn couples as there isn't much here to offend. The nastiest the film gets is an incredibly brief bit of ass rimming. The sexual themes in the film are oral and vaginal sex with vaginal fingering and anilingus. For viewers who care about such things, some scenes feature condom use and others do not.

The Scenes:
No scene in the film stood out in any way as being either the best or the worst for that part, they were all basically the same. In the first scene, Nick Manning takes on Zana for some pussy licking followed by a BJ with vaginal sex for the finale. In the second scene, Kyle Stone takes on Calli Cox for some vaginal fingering, followed by a BJ with vaginal sex again for the finale.

In the third scene, Renee La Rue takes on Ian Daniels for a BJ, followed by some pussy eating with vaginal sex for the conclusion. In the fourth scene, Mia Smiles takes on Chris Cannon in a hot tub starting with some pussy eating with brief anilingus followed by a BJ with vaginal sex at the end. In the fifth and final scene, Keri Windsor takes on Steve Hatcher for some more formulaic sex starting with pussy eating, followed by a BJ with vaginal sex for the conclusion.

Parting Thoughts:
Slow Burn is an average porn film all the way around, the story is poor fast forward fodder and the sex is formulaic. New to porn couples will probably enjoy this film the most. Viewers that like nastier sex, a decent story or no story will want to pass on this title.
