Initial Expectations: I’ve had good luck with this series, and am going into this one with high hopes as well.

Initial Reaction: It’s not quite as good as others in the series, but it’s still pretty good.

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is normally clear and well balanced, but there are a few public and outdoor scenes that have some fairly noticeable problems. The video is nicely lit and has a soft feeling. You can tell that some of the feature was shot with a handheld camera, but that’s also part of the appeal of Luc’s movies. There’s also several soft focus blurs and a bit of slightly inconsistent lighting.

Music: The music has a soft feeling, but is often a bit on the loud side.

Menus: The main menu is very nicely animated and gives a very good first impression. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene, the names of the performers in the scene, and even lets you choose between the start of the scene and the pop shot.

The Feature: The Sex Across America series takes a group of porn stars, and often their real life partners, to visit a well known city, in this case, Miami. It often acts as a bit of a travelogue as the group wanders around, and in between they have plenty of sex and hosts Luc Wylder and Alexandra Silk make sure you get to know everybody. This time around, there isn’t quite as much focus on seeing the sights as it’s somewhat built around Luc and Alexandra looking back on the trip as she gives him a bit of oral pleasure.

Alexandra Silk snaps a few pictures of Angelica Sin and Rich Handsome to get things started. Rich plays with Angelica’s big fat titties while she plays with her pussy as she sits on his lap and then has her move to a table so he can eat her out. Angelica wants Rich to go straight to fucking her, but Rich asks for a little head instead. Although the stroking brought down a bit of the heat, the rest of the scene was very hot. Rich and Angelica show why real couples work so well in adult films with some amazing chemistry and heat. You can tell they’re both having a great time and it raises the quality of the entire scene.

Alexandra Silk and gal pals Marie Silva and Lori Rivers, as well as Jack Bravo . Although they start off paired up, Marie and Jack head off to leave Alexandra and Lori alone. Lori starts out licking Alexandra’s pussy, but it isn’t too long before Alexandra’s on her back with her legs in the air while Lori fucks her with a strap on. Alexandra’s a giver, so she isn’t going to let Lori just fuck and run. They move over to a blanket by the pool and Alexandra dives into Lori’s pussy with her face and fingers, giving her a vigorous workout. A large vibrator comes into play for Lori’s clit, which appears to work magic as Lori squirts one heck of a gusher.

For those who doubt squirting, this is a scene to watch. Lori lets go with several blasts of an amazing volume, and I don’t think I saw the camera move away once. It was a great scene before Lori tried refilling the pool with she-spunk, but this put it way over the top.

Later on, Marie Silva and Jack Bravo get it on. They kiss and play with each other gently as they get started before Jack moves down to tongue Marie’s pierced pussy. Marie gives Jack a little oral loving in return, and smiles and takes him into her throat repeatedly before laying back so he can fuck her bald beaver. They slide into pile driver before Jack finally pulls out and pops on her stomach.

This is a nice scene. There’s plenty of chemistry and a very loving feeling throughout the entire scene that I found impossible not to like. It reminded me of a lot of Marie & Jack: A Hardcore Love Story, and is a title I’d highly recommend to anybody who really enjoyed this scene. This scene is the only scene I’ve seen come close to Marie & Jack: A Hardcore Love Story in capturing the sensual and loving side of Marie.

Peter and Robin Foster get it on next after answering a few questions from Luc on the boat. Peter works his way from Robin’s top set of lips to her lower lips with his mouth and plays with her pussy for quite a while before they head off the boat and into the woods along the shore for her to return the favor. They even work in a bit of sixty-nining before Robin lets Peter take her doggie style. They finish things up with a bit of missionary before Peter launches a gooey load of nut butter onto Robin’s stomach and tits.

This scene didn’t do much for me. To start with, Robin’s cute but seems extremely fake. It looks like she has several temporary tattoos which are about to wear off and her eyelashes are obviously fake. Peter looks okay, but has some obvious wood problems and I think the sixty-nining might have just been so that Robin got her juices flowing again after how long it took him to get hard. Finally, the scene is so long and drawn out that I was completely bored with it by the time the fucking started even after fast forwarding through some of the scene to see if they’d ever fuck. Don’t watch this one late at night!

Angelica Sin and Alexandra Silk get it on in a bar for the penultimate scene. Angelica carries Alex over to the pool table where they dance for each other as well as work each other over as a crowd of guys cheers them on. They start out with a 69 and then concentrate on each other. Angelica works on Alex form behind with a jelly dildo while licking her ass, as the crowd requested. Alexandra returns the favor by licking Angelica’s pussy and then fucking her pussy while Angelica squeals away as well as giving her ass a little attention. They finish it up with some very nice kissing.

Even though Angelica didn’t take it in the ass, which she appeared to want, it’s a hot scene with some nice chemistry. The girls put on a great show, and the crowd really gets into it. It’s a fun scene, which is nothing too out of the ordinary for this series.

Finally, Alexandra Silk and Luc Wylder get busy. Luc appears like he might have been trying to work behind his desk, but Alexandra has other ideas. She sucks his cock energetically, and frequently looks up to smile at him. Alexandra has shown herself to be a great cocksucker in the past, and it’s obvious nothing’s changed here. She works Luc up to a frothy finish, and takes it all on her great, natural tits.

Not surprisingly, this is a fun oral scene. Luc and Alexandra have some great chemistry, which is as it should be since they’re a real life couple. It’s not a long scene, but at a little under five minutes, it can be considered a fairly realistic scene that uses its time well without getting boring.

Sex Across America: Fifth Stop Miami lacks a little compared to some of its predecessors. There’s still the same great chemistry, which one expects since Luc Wylder appears to use real life couples whenever he can. This is a blessing and a curse. You get the chemistry, but as Robin and Peter Foster’s scene shows, you don’t always get everything else. Luckily couples like Marie Silva and Jack Bravo more than make up for it. The bigger difference here was that the setup for the feature changed. You don’t get all the fooling around going from place to place and seeing the sights like you did in Sex Across America: 1st Stop Las Vegas or Sex Across America Fourth Stop: New York, just to pick two random episodes. This was much of the charm of the series, and the flashback to the sex style of this one really held the feature back. Sex Across America: Fifth Sop Miami is an okay gonzo feature, but it lacks the fun soul that made the earlier installments winners.

You can choose which one you want to see off a screen of thumbnails, and it will be blown up to near-full screen size and have captions added. The behind the scenes featurette lasts over fifty minutes, but includes quite a bit of footage that’s pixelated or grainy and has some bad wind noise. You get to see the girls as they pose for photos on the beach and go shopping and have a little fun before clubbing. There’s also a bit more footage of the boat and the club. It’s a very nicely done behind the scenes featurette that really feels like it’s giving you something extra. You get quite a bit of the performers screwing around and being themselves, as well as seeing some of the movie being made. With the exception of the lousy video quality, this is a great behind the scenes featurette.

Overall: Currently, most of the Sex Across America series can be found online for between $7 and $22 with stores offering them all over the price range. This is a pretty fair price for what you get. The movie isn’t quite as good as others in the series, but there’s still a nice spirit and good sex. The technical aspects lack a little, but the extras are very nice.

Note to Adam & Eve / Fallen Angel: It’s great that you put a behind the scenes featurette as large as this on the DVD, but a little more attention to the technical aspects for it would have helped a lot!
