Rocco's Big Mess Review

Rocco's Big Mess really is ... a big mess. But for a certain kind of porn consumer, it will be both a big surprise and an enjoyable excursion into realms of sexuality that are fairly outrageous for meat-and-potatoes heterosexual viewers. No spoilers here, fear not. Let's just say that roughly half the on-screen fucking falls into the orgy/gang-bang/reverse-or-perhaps-forward-and-then-reverse-heading-sideways-in-fourth-gear gang bang categories, and that not all the female talent is limited to the usual EuroBabe flesh parade.

Michael Chapman, my single favorite male performer, plays a wacky shrink who must be disabused of his erotic obsession. Rocco leads the deranged doctor on an inner journey to truth that mostly involves fucking the daylights out of some slutty office assistants, and eventually to a choice: between the pale and submissive beauty of Trinity or the complicated affections of a former patient, who has hidden a dark secret throughout years of psychotherapy -- a secret revealed with astonishing gusto in a marathon scene that features a small army of young dudes that Rocco has corraled from wherever he corrals his team players.

Zenza Raggi appears for one scene, somewhat out of sequence with the rest of the storyline, that involves bored fashion models and a photo studio where all anyone seems to do is fuck. [The sets suggest that the movie was shot in the same time-frame as The Dark Side of Suzan (a 5-star stunner, by the way)]. But the action really blows up in the two long sequences, which will strongly appeal to viewers craving sexual diversity and prompt conventional "yellow-couch" fans to hit the fast-forward. Those of us who dig Rocco at his most transgressive can roll with the flow. There's some blazing sex here, though the movie overall is disjointed.
