The Short Story

Initial Expectations: Abby Winters normally puts out a great all girl release, and I can't help but expect anything else here.

Initial Reaction: It's another winner from Abby Winters, but it would have been even better if the behind the scenes featurettes were broke apart from the sex scenes.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are pretty well done. The audio is pretty good with a nice balance, but there are some very noticeable background noises. The video is nicely presented in anamorphic widescreen. There's a few shadows and a little minor camera motion, but the scenes are normally well lit and smooth.

Music: There's just a touch of very quiet music at the start of each scene that quickly disappears.

Menus: The main menu scrolls between stills from the scenes with the choices listed below. Once you choose a scene you're given the choice of several places in the scene where you can go.

The Feature

Abby Winters is known for all girl (and solo girl) action with an emphasis on chemistry, kissing, and reality. This release collects two scenes, first with Kiki watching and then joining Chloe B. and Larissa M. for a threesome and then Keilyn having some fun with Kara D.. Each section starts with the scene and then moves right into behind the scenes from the scene.

Dark skinned Kiki watches from a chair and rubs her pussy under her panties as redhead Chloe and brunette Larissa kiss and roll around on the bed together. They strip each other down as they kiss with Kiki giving them a few directions. Chloe works Larissa to a nice orgasm eating her from behind before they continue to work back and forth as Kiki watches and plays. Kiki tells them not to cum, and after a bit joins them with a bit of kissing and groping. They start her out in the middle before having her lay back so they can both work on Kiki at the same time. Larissa gets her turn having the other girls focus on her next as she lays back on the bed before Chloe takes her turn as she sits on top of the headboard. They work her over until Chloe cramps up and gives Kiki an extra hair pull, and then take a break to chat. They go for round two after a few laughs and making sure they're okay, and put Kiki back in the middle. After working her over a little more the girls chat with Patience behind the camera while enjoying some rolls.

The backstage segment starts with Kiki and Larissa arriving together in a very good mood that only seems to improve when they find Chloe inside. Melita, the model booker talks about the upcoming scene before the girls chat and share plenty of laughs while changing into their outfits for the scene. The girls also chat about being experienced with threesomes, other Abby Winters models and scenes, and hair. Of course, there's also a little fooling around between the girls and the crew.

This is a very nice scene and backstage segment. The threesome starts out nice and slow and I really like how Kiki directs some of the action between Chloe and Larissa. She fits in every bit as one would expect from Abby Winters when she does join in directly, and there's plenty of chemistry and kissing from start to finish. The backstage segment is also nicely done, but as usual it gives the DVD as a whole a different format that just didn't work for me. I know Abby Winters' movies are all about chemistry, but having the scene go directly from the action to the behind the scenes rather than moving onto another scene just doesn't work for me. I don't think I'm alone in being in a different mood for the main feature than for the behind the scenes, and the jumping between them in Abby Winters DVDs does hold them back slightly for me. This is a hot scene that's every bit as good as one would expect, but the blending of the movie and the behind the scenes featurette held it back a small step for me.

Dark haired Keilyn, sporting a jean skirt and a light blue zip up top, starts out the second scene reaching across the couch to dishwater blonde Kara, who's wearing a white sleeveless top and blue shorts, before they both withdraw for a moment. Kara quickly reaches back out for Keilyn's feet, and they play back and forth reaching out for each other. They playfully struggle over who's going to be in control as they kiss and grope each other, and continue to kiss passionately while the help each other strip down, kissing each other's nipples and reaching down further to play with each other as they go. Kara straddles Keilyn's face to get licked and fingered before Keilyn lays back between the couch and table for Kara to work her over in return. The girls continue to work each other over as they make their way around the couch and table with plenty of kissing, licking, and finger play as well as grinding against each other. They cuddle and kiss to wrap things up before sniffing panties and trying to find all their clothes.

The behind the scenes featurette starts with the girls working with Amber before the shoot and then cuts to Chloe B. driving the girls while interviewing them. They talk about tongue piercings, bras, and how much they enjoyed themselves during the scene. They also talk about love and passion as well as loud sex and how much their parents know about them working for Abby Winters.

This is another very nice scene and behind the scenes featurette. As usual there's no shortage of chemistry or kissing between the girls, and they take their time working each other over seeing how much pleasure they can give each other. The behind the scenes featurette was also a lot of fun, but once again kind of killed the mood that the scene had going. This is another hot scene that worked well for me, but the moving into the behind the scenes featurette right away did temper the mood.

Risque Girls is another winner of an all girl release from Abby Winters. Both scenes take their time with the girls working each other over, and it was really nice to see things get a mixed up a little from the norm by including a threesome scene to start it out. There's plenty of passion in both scenes, along with lots of kissing and natural orgasms that so many look for from Abby Winters. The problem for me here is the format of the release. Rather than having the behind the scenes featurettes in the extras, they're a part of the main movie where the scene moves directly from the sex into the behind the scenes. I get in a different mood between sex scenes and behind the scenes featurettes to really enjoy them, and having the mood switch back and forth as it does here just doesn't work for me. Yes, both the sex scenes and the behind the scenes featurettes are very enjoyable and well done, but they just aren't quite put together well enough to keep the momentum rolling. It's like being in the middle of a great dinner and having part of the dessert put right in the middle of it. It just throws off the balance and doesn't keep the progression going as it seems it should. That said, Risque Girls is a very hot all girl release that should give Abby Winters fans plenty to like.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, most of Abby Winters' DVDs can be found online for between about $20 and $30, with stores offering them everywhere in between. If you're a fan of passion, kissing, and real orgasms rather than nastiness this one should be well worth your money. The scenes are nicely drawn out with plenty of passion, as well as being very nicely captured. The scenes are thrown off a little by having the behind the scenes featurettes put in as part of the movie, and beyond that there isn't a lot for extras. This is a hot release on a DVD that could use a little better organization.

Note to Abby Winters: You have great stuff here, but organizing it into more of a standard format should make it work even better.
