Initial Expectations: There’s some nice talent here, but I’m not expecting this one to be much about average.

Who Should Watch It : Anybody who wants some decent chemistry in their scenes and a little, but not much, plot

Who Should Avoid It: Raincoaters, anybody who wants high technical aspects or more extreme sex

Audio /Video Quality: Not surprisingly since this is a recent Adam & Eve release, the audio is on the low side. It’s nowhere near consistent, and varied from turning the volume up about 25% beyond normal to turning it all the way up to get it to a comfortable volume. It’s a very annoying inconsistency that once again, had me wondering why Adam & Eve decided to quit competing with companies like VCA and Wicked and instead set their sights on Sunshine. The video has a bit of grain, and is just below VHS quality.

Music: The music is pretty stereotypical and very well balanced with the rest of the audio. Unfortunately, the music is almost the exact same song throughout the entire feature, which gets very annoying before the third scene is even done.

Menus: The main menu is very plain, with a small clip or two from the feature worked into the background. The chapter menu is extremely plain and allows you to choose a scene based on a small clip of the scene and a chapter number.

The Feature: Tina Tyler plays a shrink caught at a bit of a crossroads. She’s trying to help people deal with their pasts, which of course means listening to their sex stories, but has a few deep dark secrets of her own that are wanting out. She tries dealing with it by talking to another shrink as well as doing a little exploring of her own.

T. J. Hart and Alec Metro start things out in the bedroom making passionate love as the opening credits roll by. They roll around in passion before Alec lets his tongue work on T. J.’s foot and then pussy. He doesn’t bother letting T. J. warm him up with her mouth, and goes directly to pumping her pussy. They show some great chemistry and intensity as Alec fucks her, and even work in a little choking that doesn’t seem too out of place with the intensity. T. J. sucks Alec a bit before hopping on to ride him reverse cowgirl style and doggie before Alec strokes himself onto T. J.’s face, mouth, throat, and upper arm. I’m not sure how he covered this much area and didn’t get any in her eyes, but Alec looked pretty young in this scene. I’ll chalk his decent aim up to being a rookie and not knowing how to properly blind his partner. It’s a nice opening scene that shows some good camera work. The action is caught from quite a few angles, including using the mirror on the wall. The chemistry and intensity between Alec and T. J. makes this scene work without feeling too long despite the scene lasting almost twenty minutes.

After talking a bit of shop, Tina Tyler, who looks extremely hot here, and Danielle Rogers, get busy in an outdoor tub. The girls take turns working back and forth on each other with their tongues and fingers with Danielle normally taking the lead. It also shows that older women have a sexuality that can be just as sexy as the innocent young girls that adult films seem to follow so often, as well as showing women being able to take care of each other without toys. The only real problem I saw in the scene were a couple areas where it seemed like the girls were a bit obvious trying to set things up for the camera.

Alexandra Silk picks up redhead Mandi Frost to enjoy with her husband Tony Tedeschi in their hot tub. Luckily the first scene took place on a bed or I might have started to think Reflections was all wet, but thankfully that wasn’t the case. Alexandra starts out licking Mandi from behind before getting up on the edge of the tub for Mandi to sample her treats. Alexandra enjoys Mandi’s tongue, and then lets Mandi watch and masturbate while she sucks Tony’s cock and takes it in both her snatch and ass missionary style. Alexandra finishes the scene taking Tony’s duck droppings on her great natural tits. It’s an okay scene that didn’t do a lot for me. Once Tony got in on the action, Mandi was basically left out of the scene. It was also quite dark for much of the scene, which both did and didn’t work for me throughout the scene. The main thing that keeps the scene going is Alexandra’s enthusiasm. I have a feeling that this scene would have bombed with almost any other actress, but she makes it work at least halfway well.

Elle DeVyne, a cute brunette who reminds me slightly of Kylie Ireland, and Steve Hatcher get more than just a hot flash during a photo shoot. Taylor tries to get Tina involved a few times, and Tina comes close, but just like Hillary, it’s close but no cigar. It’s every bit as hot as the earlier scene between Tina and Danielle, if not hotter. Taylor adds a nice bit of taunting nastiness to the scene without ever really getting nasty that really makes this scene work. Unfortunately, it gets cut off before coming to a real conclusion.

Finally, Tina Tyler joins Danielle Rogers with Randy Spears in an attempt to move on sexually. Tina starts out sucking Randy’s cock before she’s joined by Danielle. Reflections is a pretty average feature. The plot is pretty thin and basically just works as a framework for the scenes. Yes, there’s a reason there’s just a few pictures on the back cover rather than any kind of description of the plot of the movie. The sex is a bit above average, and works mainly due to the chemistry and enthusiasm of the performers. The main thing I can’t figure out is why Danielle Rogers is on the cover. Yes, she does a good job here in her couple scenes, but the movie revolves around Tina Tyler. She’s in every scene Danielle is as well as another, and is also in almost every non-sex sequence. Reflections is a decent movie, but it’s one that’s going to please a lot more Tina Tyler fans than Danielle Rogers fans.

Overall: Currently, Reflections can be found online for between $13 and $24 with several stores offering it for under $20. I’d rent this one first. The sex is okay, but I’m not sure if a lot of people will get much replay value. There’s also not really anything for extras and the transfer lacks.

Note to Adam & Eve: If you’re going to release DVDs like this, please try and get it so stores can sell them for $10 or less. Very few stores seem to have this for under $15, which is very high, especially when one looks at some of your Premium Collection titles and what you get there.
