After seeing the trailer and that damn Cecilia Vega, who reminds me of the love of my life and that precious-ass Charlotte Vale, I definitely wanted to see this one. At first, I thought this was a collection of Manuel Ferrara’s roughest works. Raw is a 5 hour flick that is a collection of some very personal scenes from Manuel Ferrara’s personal archives. There is no set ups, no special camera effects, not a lot of makeup put on the ladies and no acting at all. Everything is real, pure and true. Reminiscent to flicks like Buttman Confidential and Justin Slayer’s Bootlegs & B-Sides series, these scenes are very personal, very real and very, very long. The scenes aren’t about power-fucking, which occurs in most of his films. Instead, the sex is very intimate and more realistic. It gets rough a few times, though, but it’s not at all like you’re watching people fuck like beasts. Most of the time, it feels as if you’re watching an X-rated couples flick and the husband is a very professional cameraman. I doubt very seriously that a lot of people would have the patience to watch a flick like this. This is absolutely not your average porno and it’s like every scene is uncut and there ought to be no point of a BTS footage for these scenes. Manuel is the only cameraman and while he fucks all of the females, the camera is usually set off to the side and very still. These scenes take place in hotel rooms and moving cars. While he fucks the women in hotels, usually the camera is set on a nearby dresser across from the bed they are fucking on or he may hold the camera, using it for a POV viewpoint. So, don’t expect the camera to be at the right places at the right time all the time! Sometimes he gets rough with them and sometimes he doesn’t. In each scene, Manuel and the woman talks a lot, during sex and otherwise. They talk about what they like, sexually. Aiden Starr & Manuel talk in a restaurant, while she’s eating a salad. Him and Cecilia Vega travel all over some European country, talking, she’s showing her body in public while she’s wearing nothing under a long fur coat. There are also alternate takes for each scene. For instance. Manuel & Aiden fuck and he comes. She wants him to fuck her again after he came, so she washes up, puts on another outfit, they go out to eat and afterwards, he fucks her again. But before that, she pees in a toilet, masturbates right after she peed and he eats her out!

Cecilia Vega is a scorching-ass European woman, who reminded me of a woman I fell for during the Summer of 2007 and fortunately, her scene lasts for 1 hr. and 35 mins. I have never, ever come across a single scene that lasts this long! At first, Cecilia sucks and gets fucked intensely by Manuel. Most of the time, she’s bent over in front of the camera and all you see is her face rocking back and forth and Manuel’s chest bouncing while he’s hitting it. They hop on a bed and fuck, she shows her booty to the camera, fingering her asshole like crazy with her cheeks wide open! Manuel, then, fucks her anally from the back. They go outdoors, she wears nothing under her fur coat. They hop in the back seats of different taxis to get naked and do wild shit, like finger her pussy and ass, the taxi driver peeps at the action and Cecilia throws herself at him, sucking his finger. They go back to the hotel and she stuffs a toy in her ass and Manuel fucks her again. For 95 minutes, this entire scene is wildly entertaining and hype as hell! The second disc starts with Charlotte Vale entering a hotel room, flirting with the camera. Manuel catches her, she sucks him and he puts her over his knee, lifts her dress up and spanks the shit out of her booty, whispering in her ear. She lubes herself up and gets fucked in the ass by Manuel in various positions. She gapes a tiny bit when she bends over. There’s some ATM. Manuel smack her face tough with his dick. This girl can really ride a dick smoothly with her rectum. The fuck until he comes all in her mouth. The scene ends with fantastic views of her face and wet ass! Manuel meets Lou Charmelle at a train station, they go to a hotel where she strips, tries on different clothes and after awhile, shows her ass and he shoves his thumb in it. She masturbates herself, then sucks on him, he fucks her in various positions with her skirt on and he eats her out. They get dressed, go out to eat, go back in the hotel room and hit it again! This time, he also puts it in her little ass. Lou Charmelle’s scene is extremely slow in comparison to the previous three scenes.

The final scene starts off as Manuel is online, browsing through a catalog of female porn stars. He’s checking out Eva Karera, but we also see photos of Jandi Lin, Dana DeArmond, Krissy Leigh, etc. I’m thinking to myself “Man, pick one this one. Pick that one!” So, he calls Eva Karera up, she comes to his hotel room. She shows her body and does she have a nice ass set of buttocks. She masturbates him and herself and he eats her out on the bed. She bends over and he eats her ass out, wiping her ass with his entire face! She gives him a BJ and they fuck. And while they fuck, there’s a lot of pussy-popping noises. They get naked and change positions. When she bends over and takes it doggystyle, that’s when the sex gets so much better. He really pounds her hot ass! Manuel is rougher on her sexually than he was with the rest of the women. There’s more hot shots of her buns. He hits it missionary and kisses her feet before she bends over doggystyle, puts the lube in her ass, she sucks his dick and he gets straight in her ass. She reaches under and fingers herself. He digs in her ass in a variety of positions until he pops on her face. The scene ends with her booty facing the camera and her digging in her own asshole.

DVD QUALITY:
This 2DVD set is another one that is loaded. Just not fully loaded. I say that only because there's 16 mins. of BTS footage and 9 trailers, but most of these trailers are already on the Evil Anal 7 2DVD set. There’s the usual photo gallery, cast info, cumshot recap, there’s 9 Manuel Ferrara trailers, which includes the trailer for the irresistible Evil Anal 7, the incredible trailer for Fucked On Sight 4 and 16 mins. of BTS footage. This is where we see Aiden Starr pee, saying she has “the wettest pussy in the world”. We see more of her in the restaurant and I dug hearing her talk. Smart girl!

BOTTOM LINE:
Raw is a classic and I am also considering adding this to my library. You can call me crazy, but I loved this flick. The average porn viewer needs to stay away from this simply because he or she may not have the patience to view a film like this, where there’s not a lot of camerawork and some very long scenes that last 40 minutes and over. I wish Charlotte Vale’s scene lasted as long as Cecilia Vega’s. Charlotte’s scene lasted for 41 minutes, which isn’t bad, but we should have seen more of her instead of Lou Charmelle. Lou Charmelle’s scene isn’t bad at all and she’s very nice looking but her scene was the lowest point of the entire flick. Her scene wasn’t too exciting and very dry at times. Surprisingly, I didn’t use the FFWD button a lot while watching this. My favorite scenes are the four flawless victories with Charlotte Vale, Cecilia Vega, Aiden Starr & Eva Karera. Now, I’ve said before that this is a very personal flick from Manuel Ferrara so before you watch it, know what you are getting into, unless you don’t mind exploring the personal side of a pornographer. Pick this one up, right after you grab Evil Anal 7 and you’ll thank the reviewer. Me! And I know that this is my final major review. However, I see myself kicking out about 3 to 5 bonus reviews for some flicks that I really want to see, which includes a few flicks that may come out in the future.
