Pretty Peaches 2 (VCA) Review

Alex deRenzy's "Pretty Peaches 2" is a lighthearted, fun sex epic that doesn't try to be anything more and therefore suceeds.

The story, which never takes itself seriously, involves a girl named Peaches (Siobhan Hunter), desperate to learn about sex. She is interrupted by her mother (Tracey Adams) during her rendezvous with her boyfriend Bobby (Peter North). Bobby hides in mom's room and is found peeking at her. So what does she do? Fuck him, of course.

Meanwhile, Peaches is growing more frustrated. She goes to visit her dad (Herschel Savage), who warns her not to be a tease. She then decides to go visit her uncle (Ron Jeremy), a crazy Vietnam vet. On the road, she is picked up by Buck Adams and gets a room with him, watching him fuck Jeanette Littledove (who was once Buck's real-life wife).

At the same time, Tracey and Herschel get together to find Peaches. It turns out that they're divorced, but they reconcile (not until after a session from F.M. Bradley, though, however).

Next, we get a wacky scene with Jamie Gillis as "Granny", who gets Peaches to clean wearing a sexy French maid's outfit. Peaches is soon on to "Granny's" game, but is so curious about sex that she let him have his way with her.

Tracey and Herschel arive at the uncle's house and a double sex scene results. Tracey gets it on with Ron as Herschel has his way with Latin hottie Melissa Mendez (although she's supposed to be Asian). Melissa tells Herschel about Peaches' whereabouts. She took her to Chinatown, where she was made a love slave to a sex king (played by who else, but Ron Jeremy, with his face hidden throughout). We also get a b/g/g, however, with Melissa, Siobhan, and Peter North (finally!).

Then, surprise. I won't reveal the ending, but just expect that all you have seen is not all that it appears to be.

The sex is surprisingly good in this movie, although the movie looks exceptionally old for a 1987 movie. The female performers are all attractive, but the male performers (especially Herschel Savage and Ron Jeremy) are looking pretty shabby here.

The DVD also includes 20-minutes of the original "Pretty Peaches", which has been discontinued by VCA. The story of why it has been discontinued is explained by Jim Holliday on an optional commentary track. Other extras included are press materials for both films, a Hall of Fame Gallery narrated by Holliday, cast information, a stills gallery for "Pretty Peaches 2", a digital catalogue, and contact and website info. A "Pretty Peaches 2" commentary would've been good, but the features are still pretty good by VCA standards.

I recommend "Pretty Peaches 2" as a fun classic, worth checking out for some funny moments and some decent sex. While it's not one of my all-time favorites, it's certainly worth a look.
