Penthouse: Pets In Paradise 2 Review

I’m still on this soft-porn kick, I hope you don’t mind! I’m searching for softer fare that others (young women, in particular) might find enjoyable, especially in the area of girl/girl videos.

As background, my own introduction into the world of adult movies was rather abrupt. My boyfriend, bless his soul, took me right from mainstream into XXX -- without stopping in between. I survived – just barely -- and my liking fortunately grew over time. I’m hoping, though, to make the transition less traumatic for others.

This is the first Penthouse video I’ve ever seen, and I actually thought it was quite nice. The photography and background music aren’t on par with Playboy; but it’s definitely quite a bit hotter! There’s more kissing and pussy eating, and even a few sixty-nines. And the camera doesn’t just give us a peak. There are, in fact, several nice open-thighed (and open-labiad) views of each girl’s center. What made this video exceptional, though, were the four gorgeous women; Juliet Cariaga, an utterly mouth-watering brunette (and so-called “Pet of the Millennium”) who I began to hate -- and lust for -- almost immediately; a young Devon and Tera Patrick (both of whom are now superstars); and another cute blonde, Suzette Spencer, who kisses Juliet romantically on several occasions.

Three of the segments are solo striptease (and light masturbation) scenes, each with views of the lush Costa Rican jungle visible in the background. All of the girls get together in one interlude where everyone eats pussy (except Juliet), and they all kiss. The highpoint comes when Tera Patrick (an exotic Asian babe) and Devon (a cute blonde) engage in a fun sixty-nine, with Devon licking Tera’s center from below. There’s a tasty one-on-one with Devon and Suzette Spencer later, where they also engage in a warm sixty-nine with Devon on top; but Suzette gets her fill when she sits on Devon’s face cowgirl moment’s later. The love making scenes all end with the girls romantically falling asleep in each other’s arms. The movie concludes with an equally pretty vignette where Juliet’s exquisite body and face are framed by the warm hues of the jungle’s setting sun in the background.

Strangely, even though Juliet’s actions in the film aren’t as explicit as the other girls, as a novice, I found watching her getting naked and kissing the other women to be especially exciting. (For her, it must’ve been a fantasy fulfilled.)

The disc also features a photo gallery, some behind the scenes footage, and a nice interview with Juliet where she comes across as demure and wholesome as she appears in her scenes (damn her).

To conclude, it probably wasn’t that long ago (before my time, of course) that a video at this heat level probably would’ve considered “X.” Given its spiciness, I even decided to invite my girlfriend over one evening to watch it with me after work. She liked it as much as I did -- and she agreed with me wholeheartedly that this would probably be a great video for girls to enjoy (alone or together) as they explore their own bisexuality.
