New Behind the Green Door, The Review

Paul Thomas and Vivid recreate an American Classic, the original Behind the Green Door with the legendary Marilyn Chambers. That’s some mighty big shoes to fill but Paul is up to the task with Brooklyn Lee given the reigns of the starring role. This one also features appearances from Penny Pax, Ash Hollywood, Chanel Preston, Brandy Aniston and Bailey Blue, so the female talent is well represented!

Brooklyn and James walk to a party after their car was repossessed and, once there, we meet Dana DeArmond and Steven St. Croix, who hit it off famously. They go into a shower while the party is going on and Steven scrubs her down. Steven worships her body and plays with her big ass. Dana gets eaten out from behind then gives him a no-hands blowjob. I like the way she shakes her ass as she’s servicing him! She takes him all the way down her throat and gags on him. This scene reminds me why I didn’t like porn in the early 80s in that the sex is intercut with other scenes, this time with the party going on outside their little tryst. This scene is interspliced with Marilyn Chambers in the original movie. Nice way to tie everything together. Brooklyn continues to search for answers and Steven St. Croix gives her what she wants. He tells her that her mother is Marilyn Chambers but Brooklyn doesn’t buy it. There are a ton of special features in this one. Over 30 minutes of BTS footage, over 15-minutes of Behind the Door remembrances with one of the actors from the original Johnny Keyes, who appears in the remake, a few deleted scenes, a random comedian which is pretty bad (especially after they nix his Bill Cosby imitation), a Brooklyn Lee photo session, a cumshot recap and photo galleries are on Disk 1. And I have to tell you, Marilyn Chambers’ daughter, McKenna Taylor, is fucking hot. She is in the first 2 BTS segments mentioned above.

Disk 2 offers the best special feature, the original Behind the Green Door with Marilyn Chambers.

A very good overall disk from Paul Thomas and Vivid. Brooklyn Lee gives an outstanding performance in what may prove to be her swan song for the porn business. But she is worth every penny in this outing with very good acting and a scorching sex scene with the 3 black men. Appreciate Marilyn Chambers for the icon she is and be thankful that we were able to witness the brilliance of Brooklyn in this and other scenes over the past couple of years. Bravo!
