Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who just wants straight ahead fucking with nothing else

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and well balanced throughout almost all of the feature, although there is one scene that’s meant to be artistic where there’s a few things changed. The video, however, varies throughout the feature, which only makes the entire movie better. During the TV show interview the lighting is a little low and during the seventies flashback there’s plenty of grain and remnants to make it look like it’s an 8mm reel. It’s also changed a bit for the artistic scene and amateur porn scene.

Music: The musical style varies according to the scene, but is always very well balanced. It has a fair amount of fairly typical porn music, but also has some nicely done music to match the time period of some of the movies.

Menus: The menus are surprisingly simple. The main menu barely has any animation and the chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of the scene and a fun description of the scene.

The Feature: Antonio Passolini is back on the adult industry again, but this time it isn’t as serious as it was with Raw. This time he sets the stage with talk show host Jane Lifson (Tina Tyler) interviewing legendary director and former adult star Al Prazolamb (Joel Lawrence). They following him from when he started in the adult industry up until today, and take a serious look at things that just don’t seem to serious, while still fitting in things like Kennedy’s head.

Things start out with a flashback to the seventies for a huge afro wearing Joel Lawrence’s first performance with Aunt Pam (Chloe) in “Phil’s Fucking Waffles”. Chloe sucks and strokes Joel’s sausage with some great enthusiasm and enjoyment while Joel eggs her on to give him even more. Joel doesn’t bother to return the favor, and goes directly to letting Chloe ride him reverse cowgirl style. He also slams her clam from behind before fucking her in the ass missionary style and giving her a great spooge spray. It’s a very hot opening scene with great chemistry and energy that’s about as good as I’ve seen from both Chloe and Joel.

Next up, Ruby and Chris Cannon are featured in a scene from “My Baby’s Got a Prehensile Tail”, Al’s directorial debut. Stranded and knowing that his fellow archeologist Ruby can survive a long time just on protein, Chris has her eat him after giving her a little direction when she’s confused and lacking a steak knife. Ruby starts sucking Chris’ cock and then lets him go directly to fucking her from behind. Ruby also lets Chris fuck her in the keister, as she magically pulls a large ball vibe out of thin air to work over her pussy. Sadly, Chris doesn’t manage to squirt out much protein for Ruby, and what he does she takes on her chin. It’s a pretty hot scene with nice energy. Ruby seems into it, but not overly.

The scene from “It Takes a Cunt” has thief Nikita Denise getting caught by donut chomping rent-a-cops Pay Myne and Tyce Bune. They give her a cavity search (at her insistence) as well as letting her examine their nightsticks. Tyce takes the first fuck as Nikita sucks Pat’s cock before let Tyce fuck her ass while Pat fucks her pussy. She also turns around so Pat can have a turn in her ass before taking a nice double facial. It’s another very hot scene with Nikita doing a great job of keeping things going. Nikita’s fans should love this scene, and it should also get her quite a few more fans.

Next up, Joel tells about the casting couch and auditioning Fluffy Muffin (Mia Smiles looking as cute as ever) for a role in “Who Wants to Blow a Millionaire”. Not surprisingly Joel has Mia show off her oral skills, which are very impressive, before laying her back and fucking her bald beaver in a few different positions. As usual, Mia puts some very nice effort into her fucking, and turns in a great performance before taking Joel’s joy juice on her great ass.

One of Al’s artistic lesbian scenes is shown next, which comes from “Chateau of Seductively Innocent Divas” and features Nina Ferrari and Tawny Roberts. Both girls start out in fetishwear, and Nina kisses her way around Tawny’s black boots before going up to work on Tawny’s bald beaver. Tawny returns the favor, and makes sure Nina is well lubed with her spit. They keep things moving, and add a larger black dildo and a small pink vibe. It’s a very artistic scene, and so much so that it brings down the heat of the scene a bit. It’s often flooded with natural light and the audio doesn’t always synch and has a few other things added. I’m sure it’s meant to be this way, and it’s still entertaining, but things just don’t work as well as in the other scenes.

In “Dead Man Fucking”, convicted felons Kyle Stone, Pat Myne, Jay Ashley, and Guy DiSilva are given one last furbuger by guard Mercedes Ashley. She makes her way around the guys devouring them orally and then lets them go directly to stabbing her snatch. She continues to suck as she’s fucked, and finishes up taking Kyle on her oversized tits and the rest of the guys on her face. It’s a pretty good scene, especially for a mini-gangbang, but not exactly my thing. It’s still well done with Mercedes putting out some very good energy.

Finally, Joel gives a sneak peek at his new adult entertainment invention, amateur porn, with Chloe in “Aunt Pam - The Other White Meat: Volume 1". Yes, Chloe’s been around since the seventies, but she’s playing an eighteen year old virgin newcummer from Nebraska here. She strips down for the camera to give Joel a show, and after agreeing to do anything to become a big star, starts sucking Kyle Stone and Steve Hatcher rather than having Joel come out in a pair of tightie-whities. It’s also helped out by everybody making a few comments which would normally be thrown out that give it a little bit of the pro-am newbie feel.

Not surprisingly, Antonio Passolini scores again with Mondo Porno. The non-sex portions are hilarious, and filled with jokes that both newbies and jaded porn fans will be able to more than enjoy. It’s helped out even more by great performances by Tina Tyler and Joel Lawrence, who play their parts as the interviewer and the subject about as close to perfect as one could hope. The humor even continues through the sex scenes, which rip off and mock virtually every porn style out there from seventies porn up through the modern pro-am features. Passolini has given great attention to each of the styles, right down to adding grain and scratches for the 8mm seventies scene, which help them out even more. That isn’t to say that every scene is perfect, since the faults of each style come out as well. The only scene that’s really affected is the artistic lipstick lesbo scene, where the artistic feel brought down the heat, but scenes such as Chloe’s classic and pro-am scenes are done with enough energy and humor that the faults only enhance the scene. There’s also a fairly heavy anal emphasis in the feature, which means that as enjoyable as it is, some couples might not enjoy it that much. Mondo Porno is a must for any fan of Antonio Passolini, Chloe, and anybody who wants to have a good laugh at the adult industry’s expense.

Extras: Bios are included for Chloe, Tawny Roberts, and Nikita Denise. Each bio includes a little personal information, a few picks, and a link to the starlet’s scene. The photo gallery lasts about two and a half minutes with ten seconds per very nice looking full screen photo. Trailers are included for Club Sin, Sex World 2002, and Cap’n Mongo’s Porno Playhouse. Multiple angles are included for many of the scenes, and as usual with VCA they’re true multiple angles. There’s also a wall to wall option that lets you watch the movie without all the fast forward fodder. Of course, there’s also internet and contact information.

The main extra is a fourteen minute behind the scenes featurette. It nicely mixes together the scenes and photo galleries being shot, the crew working with Antonio Passolini, and some of the other things going on around the set. Most of the scenes are here, although the scenes with Mia Smiles and Mercedes Ashley are missing. It’s still a very nice behind the scenes that gives you a few glimpses of the stars as people as well as showing them working on the movie.

Overall: Currently most VCA DVDs can be found online for between $17 and $25 with most stores offering them for around $20. Although the extras are lacking, the movie is great enough that this one’s well worth the money. The movie’s very funny, very hot, and has a great transfer.

Note to VCA: I couldn’t help but wish that this had a commentary with Tina Tyler, Joel Lawrence, and Antonio Passolini.
