Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are nicely done. The audio is clear and well balanced, and I didn't notice any of the problems noted in Captain Jack's review. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks great. It's well lit with a solid hand on the camera, a clear presentation, and some very nice film-like depth that makes the artistic style of the movie all the more impressive.
False Advertising:
The back cover claims there's threesomes in the movie, but no such pairing occurs in the movie. The closest it gets is one girl masturbating while two others kiss nearby. I'm deducting a half point from the overall score due to this claim.
The Movie:
Momentum keeps a kind of seventies vibe revolving around three girlfriends. After heading to the beach they all let out their sexual side.

After heading to the beach to surf a bit, the girls head back to the the sand and their towels where Kara and Sky kiss while Lily plays with herself on a towel right next to them. Sky and Kara reach other to touch Lily's leg as she brings herself to an orgasm, but the action never goes any further than that and the three girls seem to collapse back for a few moments before leaving the beach.

Momentum is a very nice debut from Light Southern. I'll readily admit that with a running time of barely forty five minutes I was left wanting more. At the same time, I loved the overall style of the movie and the great chemistry in each of the scenes. Kara and Devon's car boink was very nicely done, but the lack of a pop shot did hold it back a bit. Skye and Chloe quickly had me forgetting about the lack of a pop shot due to their fantastic chemistry as well as the intensity between them. The entire movie moves at a nice pace and shows some very nice skill behind the camera. It also works well enough that although the overly short running time is definitely noticeable, it isn't overly so. If you're looking for something different and with solid style, Momentum is well worth a rental and definitely has me looking forward to what Light Southern does next.
The Extras:
The only extras are a photo gallery lasting two minutes and a behind the scenes featurette lasting about thirty five minutes. The behind the scenes is a lot of fun, and gives you plenty on making the movie. There's plenty of interviews with Michelle, as well as the cast and crew. It also gives a great scope of how big of a production this is, breaking down the shoot day by day for the nearly week long shoot. There's also several minutes of the girls thanking their fans who helped support the making of this release. This is a solid featurette that's very well worth checking out if you enjoyed the movie.
Final Thoughts:
It's very short, but if you like artistic and amateurish porn it's worth checking out.
Note to Light Southern:
You've got a very nice product here, and I love that you put some solid effort into the extras, but this might be a rough sell if you can't get your main feature up to at least twice this running time.
