Review:

Before going into the details of the movie, I would like to say that M – Caught in the Act is not just a porn flick – it’s a porn comedy about a famous porn star who gradually becomes hard to control and dangerous to others - she thinks she is great and deserves being worshipped as a goddess. M, played by Serenity, becomes the number one in Nasty Pictures porn studio and demands much higher than the appropriate level of attention. The entire movie is shot as a documentary of several days of her life – from the peak of her career to her fall into the hands of mental hospital personnel. Everything she is doing and saying becomes public domain – she is a star of yet unseen magnitude and therefore must be followed and prayed at, as the studio’s publicity representative does – she even started a cult of M worshippers after M’s disappearance.

M thinks and acts as an infallible professional in her field. Her admirers await for her at every corner and ask for her signatures, her colleagues are afraid of saying a single word against her Greatness the M, her bosses are behaving as if they are her employees. Everybody who crosses her way, gets into all kinds of trouble, which gradually leaves Nasty Pictures without directors (one of them has a car accident after suggesting that M is somewhat stupid, another one gets bitten by small wild animals), and performers (one of her competitors ends up in jail after being falsely reported to FBI by M). All the reporters and those giving interviews about M are praising her, while in reality all she does is kicking and bossing people around. She takes over the film production under her main logo – No Dialogue, People Want to See M. She is very unpredictable – nobody knows what will happen next and to whom. Her directing abilities, even though highly praised by everyone around, do not go beyond shooting basic sex scenes with her in the middle and without any decent dialogue. This capturing “documentary” blends in lots of sex scenes, of which the most remarkable are the one with Bridgette getting her double vaginal and double anal, the one with Temptress and Serenity giving a double blow job, and, of course, two scenes with the beautiful Alexa (first with a sailor, and then with Serenity using several dildos). I don’t want to reveal the whole plot and all the scenes because all these surprises are worth watching.

This movie can be seen both as a porn flick and as a comedy with high porn leverage. Actually, I enjoyed the sarcasm of the story and the sex almost equally. Even though Serenity is not one of my favorite porn stars, I enjoyed her performance in the non-sex parts of the movie. I would give this movie a low grade on female looks if there were no Alexa, Temptress, and Bridgette in it. As to the males, on average, they look all right.

Extras:
All Access “The Making of M” shows all the behind the scenes stuff – lots of interviews, lots of little on-the-site secrets, etc. It lasts for about 30 minutes, so there’s plenty of inside information for everybody here.

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is all right, and the video quality is average, which goes fine with the documentary style of the movie.

Menus are quite creative but their transition is a little slow which gets annoying after a while. Why not make them simpler and with quicker transition?

Music: I felt that music in the feature was a very positive contribution to the overall quality of the movie. Without it, I would give it a lower rating.
