Lovers Lane (Wicked) Review

Description
Out on Lover's Lane, young couples are being murdered at night by slasher with a hook. Devinn Lane is a local cop whose sister was killed in a similar, unsolved murder ten years ago. She joins FBI agent Randy Spears in a search for the killer.

There is discreet condom use throughout.

General Impression
I was a little worried that the whole sex-plus-slasher thing might be unerotic, but the slasher stuff is done basically in a B movie sort of style -- dribbles or flecks of blood, girls running comically around in high heels, and the violence is either implied, or is mild enough to leave you snickering. You're also going to love guessing the age of some of the actors playing 18 to 28 year olds.

The first four scenes are decent scenes shot in the dim lighting of cars parked at night. The last three scenes notch up the heat, especially the fifth and seventh scenes. The fifth scene, Devinn Lane with Randy Spears, is terrific and has replay value, and is my reason for recommending this movie.

Sex
Nadia Styles and Eric Masterson pull up in a convertible. With the top down, Nadia gets to straddle the dashboard and grab onto the windshield while he eats her ass. There's a sloppy wet bj, a titty-bouncing reverse cowgirl, and standing doggie. Nadia has a very appealing voice, but she's over-using it in this scene.

Next, Jessica Drake gets it on with Chris Cannon in a van. There are some sweet, appealing shots of Jessica's peachfuzz on her ass, backlit in the darkness. Reverse cowgirl, and then her white tank top just magically disappears in doggie. I liked this scene better than the last one, as it didn't have the questionable vocals of the previous scene.

After some of the things that have been happening lately to kids out parking at night, you might wonder why Kimberly Kane and Kris Slater are out necking at night in a car. I guess the appeal of a quick blowjob was too much to resist. Happily, Kimberly gets him off without him doing any wanking.

Makayla Coxx and Jennifer Luv get it on with Talon in an abandoned train car. This scene is a bit better lit, as the train windows provide a soft glow. This scene has lots of girl-girl kissing, a dual blowjob, a noisy and hot mish, and then some doggie and reverse cowgirl. The girl-girl was done well - the girls looked to be into it, and there was also no problem with a 'third wheel' situation.

Devinn Lane and Randy Spears cast a few shy glances at each other before getting it on in a seedy hotel room. This is a wonderful scene which had me smiling throughout. Devinn jumps Randy and takes him down. It's not that they perform any wild acts (it's cowgirl, doggie, spoon, and reverse cowgirl, with a big cumshot onto her tongue, for those who like a list). It's the aggressive, competitive, and natural way they go about it. As Devinn mentions in the extras, her specialty is real sex, and here it is -- sex that doesn't look carefully composed for a camera. Both she and Randy mention in the extras that they were excited and anxious to get together for this scene, and it shows. It's energetic sex with whispering and groaning, teasing, and great pacing. Devinn's curvaceous body ends up with a fine glow of perspiration, her hair becomes limp and wet. This scene has the heat that I look for, and is going to be a tough act to follow.

Exotica takes on Brad Armstrong at a high school reunion for a grudge fuck in the school gym. Exotica has remarkably hard chest bullets, and she poses a lot for the camera. Somewhere, somebody must like to do reverse cowgirl squatting in spike heels on a slippery wood floor, followed by doggie on a hard wood floor, but that's all a little uncomfortable and 'for show' to fit my fantasies. All the same, the scene is a solid one.

After some disappointments at the reunion, Ava Vincent sneaks off to the school nurse's office with Evan Stone so that they can console each other. There on the examination table, Evan works her over vigorously with his mouth, fingers, nose, and chin. She's writhing on the table as he throws in a tweeze-fingered direct attack on her clit that leaves her whimpering for more. Evan is happy to oblige with some dirty talk, a little playful body smacking, and binding her wrists in his hand as he fuckes her in doggie. The sound is a little uneven, but it's a hot scene, as he pins her hands in mish. This scene ends with a cumshot on the her tummy.

Extras
The extras include a couple of reasonable, but not earth-shaking, bonus scenes. One of them features Devinn with Nick Manning, in a clip from Tuff Chick. Nick rates a little too high on my cheese-o-meter, and this scene does not compare to her scene in the move with Randy. The other bonus scene, from One Man's Obsession, is a blowjob in an alley with Jessica Drake and Tommy Gunn. There's also a long, relaxed interview with Devinn Lane, a 'making of' feature (which includes bits of a Devinn-Brad scene that didn't make it into the movie), and a box cover shoot, plus the usual galleries, stats, and Wicked promos, including trailers for Lovers Lane.

Summary
The plot is predictable but entertaining. The sex is about what you'd expect, overall, but the fifth scene is outstanding, and strong enough for me to recommend this movie.
