The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: As one would expect with a compilation, the technical aspects vary a bit throughout the movie. Since most of the scenes here are fairly recent there isn’t a lot of variation, but there is a bit. The audio is nicely balanced throughout, and I don’t think I noticed any background noises. The video has a bit more variation. Some scenes are nicely lit while others are a bit dark. There’s also filters used and a bit of grain that pops up instead of having all crystal clear scenes. The camera even pops into view at one point.

Music: As usual with compilations, the music varies throughout the movie. It often has a nice balance with the rest of the audio, as well as a decent feel.

Menus: The main menu is very fucked up looking, and left me wondering if the DVD was screwed up at first. The chapter menu is very generic, and just lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a scene number.

The Feature

Loads of Fun collects ten scenes that are all supposed to have killer money shots at the end. Each scene starts with a fairly basic scene that lets you know who’s in the scene, but not where the scene comes from.

Scene 1 - Julie Meadows, Evan Stone, and Chris Cannon

Scene 2 - Violet Blue and Joey Ray

Loads of Fun is a pretty good compilation. I can’t say that every scene worked for me, but there were several that I thought were very hot. Although some of them really failed for me, as do almost all scenes from Roy Karch, that isn’t necessarily a bad thing because it should draw in people with different tastes and hopefully let them find something they might like that they’ve missed before. I think my biggest problem here is that the names of the movies aren’t given with each scene. I always like to see this as it lets the viewer know right away where they can see the rest of the movie if they really like a scene. Overall, Loads of Fun isn’t a great compilation, but it is pretty good and does a nice job of letting you see some of what Adam & Eve is up to.

There’s some good scenes in here, and a nice variety of them as well. The technical aspects vary a little, and there’s some decent effort put into the extras. This is a pretty good compilation release.

Note to Adam & Eve: You did a pretty good job here, but you might consider putting the performer names and the movie the scenes come from in your chapter menus rather than seeing how generic you can get.
