I've read about this countless times in books and magazines, and seen it on tv documentaries: women who can get right to the brink of orgasm but can't quite make it over the top. They didn't have Lesbian Hospital to take care of things.

I'd like to be the administrator for this place.

Four scenes, all women. The first three are variations on the same thing: a "patient" consults with two doctors about her lack of orgasmic ability. The doctors have a treatment that will help. Cut to the treatment room, which looks a bit like a generic treatment room. Our girl is naked on a table with only a white sheet. She's surrounded by hottie therapists in lab coats and gloves who'll not only get her over the top, they'll shoot her over in a rocket sled.

Mostly it's an interesting variation on masturbation video, except that in this one, one girl lays back and three or four girls finger, rub and caress her simultaneously. Methods vary from using fingers, dildos and vibes both vaginally and anally, along with suction hoses, and a Sybian is brought in as well. Breasts and nipples aren't ignored, and one lucky lady gets her head held and caressed while every other part of her body is engaged.

The last scene is a doctor's house call and winds up in a bedroom, so it's much closer to standard lesbian scenes.

If you're familiar with Girlfriends Films, this is par for their product line. The actresses are not high-gloss gorgeous but are still quite attractive, particluarly if you like them on the MILF side. The video quality is good and the camera work is smart and well done. There's no annoying music. The "acting" is actually rather good, considering the absurdity of the whole idea. It's a fun concept and the performers look like they're into what they're doing, and nobody's taking it too seriously.

Final verdict: Even though it's lesbian and there is a little cunnilingus, it's really mostly masturbation—several people masturbating one person. I think it's great, but that's something I enjoy watching. If female masturbation isn't really your thing, you're going to find this is way too narrow for your taste.

Otherwise, I think it's a cute concept, it's fun and lighthearted and well done, and worth my time and money.
