The Short Story

Initial Expectations: The little I've watched from Girlfriends Films so far has been pretty darn good. I'm expecting more of the same here.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very nicely done. The audio is clear and well balanced through almost all of the movie, but there are a couple very minor background noises. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks great. The picture is clear and free of grain as well as being nicely lit.

Music: There's a little soft music in the background during the setup portion of each scene, but it fades out before the action starts.

Menus: The main menu nicely works together a little animation with a few clips from the movie for a very nice first impression. The chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene as well as the name of the “patient” in it.

The Feature

Needless to say, Lesbian Hospital specializes in “female problems”. It might be not being able to have multiple orgasms, or just a lack of orgasms in general. It might even be a fear that something isn't right sexually. Regardless of the problem, the ladies at Lesbian Hospital are willing to work together to find a solution to the problem.

Bottle blondes Dr. Moore and Dr. Kelly interview brunette Bobbi about being sexually active but not having orgasms, and diagnose her with inorgasmia. They let her know that they think they can help her while asking a few more questions before moving down to an exam room. Here, however, there's such a great and supportive feeling of the girls wanting to give Bobbi the best sexual experience possible and to help her learn about herself that I was quickly drawn into the scene. The medical procedure feeling was also surprisingly hot, and gave the scene a mix of cold professionalism as well as some nice heat due to Nicole and KC guiding the action while Aiden and Avy enthusiastically worked her over. This is a very unique scene that made a very nice first impression for the series with me.

Cute dirty blonde Natalie can have orgasms, but isn't multiorgasmic like her eighteen year old girlfriend. This is another unique and well done scene.

Magdalene's place in the scene also gave it an extra twist with her in the motherly role watching all of it. This is another hot scene that worked well for me.

Bottle blonde Heather calls doctor Lisa to chat with her about a personal problem before going to her home the next day. Lisa thinks it's a problem with her mother, but instead learns that Heather's worried about sex with her boyfriend because it's been painful when they've tried before. This is a great final scene. Both Heather and Lisa play their roles extremely well, and I like how it kept with the theme of the movie while completely breaking away from the style. Lisa does a great job guiding Heather through the exam and leading her into the sex, and it always feels extremely supportive and friendly as well as having great chemistry. This is an excellent scene to close the movie with.

Lesbian Hospital 2: Her First Exam is a great all girl movie. In addition to having very nice chemistry throughout the movie, it also has a very unique style and focus. Three of the four scenes have a very clinical feeling to them with four women working on one “patient” in an attempt to help her with a sexual problem. This gives the scenes almost a “girly gangbang” type of a feeling, except that every person has their own role working on the patient. The amount of chemistry that comes out with the medical theme and how it's played is extremely surprising, and yet another reason to be extremely impressed with this release. Lisa and Heather's scene breaks away from the medical theme slightly by having it take place in the bedroom and with a little back and forth action, and comes out every bit as hot while also giving the movie a touch more variety. Although there's a bit of variety from scene to scene, the quality and heat in the scenes are extremely consistent and make this a release that's hard not to get drawn into. Lesbian Hospital 2: Her First Exam is a wonderfully different all girl movie overflowing with chemistry.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Girlfriends Films DVDs can be found online for between about $15 and $24 with a few stores offering them near the low end. This one's well worth the money if you're looking for a unique all girl movie. The medical aspect works extremely well and there's plenty of chemistry that comes out of each scene. The technical aspects also show some nice care, but there's no real effort put into the extras. This is a great movie on a DVD that could have used a touch more effort.

Note to Girlfriends Films: A little effort towards the extras would be very nice. Beyond that, thank you for putting so much effort towards chemistry and creativity in this one.
