Kiss Me Deadly (Adam & Eve) Review

KISS ME DEADLY (2010, Adam & Eve Pictures) is a porn flick that aspires to film noir heights (a few reference to '70s film classic CHINATOWN will be lost on most viewers) and succeeds in look and atmosphere. (Please note that the sex scenes appear darker in the feature than the stills pictured on the back side of the DVD sleeve)

The thin plot is stale and pointless as Kayden Kross delves into a criminal underworld but director Otto Bauer does a fine job with the sex scenes as Otto's favorite femme fatale, Audrey Hollander, takes on a bunch of underworld goons in the opening 30 minutes. What remains in the final 90 minutes are 4 other solid sex scenes that are generally pretty good but a let down following on the high heels of the wild opening.

So, Kayden wanders about in this steamy, dark environ but the street thugs suck and fuck Kitty (Audrey Hollander) who ends up, strung up, in mid-air where dudes spin her around for blow jobs and ass fucking. Earlier she takes a DP from a dude and a dildo contraption that's penetrating her pussy. This scene wraps up with anal mishings that include an IR coupling followed by facials---!!!!

Kayden meets up with Sadie West who asks "where the fuck have you been?" Turns out the duo work together---and play together---as a girl/girl scene ensues upon a leather couch in a dark, kinda dingy, apartment setting. Sadie straddles Kayden's face for the best bit. Note to sexy Sadie: DO NOT get a boob job---!! 1/2

Kayden shoots a few pix of some shady characters across the street. What follows is a darkened scene of mostly sepia tones as Mia Lelani takes a straight sex pounding from Nick Manning. The mishing gets a bit dull but other positions are fine especially a dissolve from a flat-on-the-bed doggy to an all-fours doggy position then a facial---!!!

Kayden instructs a gal in a nurse get-up to get the dirt on a devious plastic surgeon. Cute, long blonde haired Rebecca Blue and Randy Spears take turns lying flat on their backs for sucking and fucking on an examination table. An odd early bit has Rebecca with legs spread while Randy inserts this hook-shaped dildo---!! 1/2

Kayden hooks up with the The Boss (Derrick Pierce) for the finale. Kayden climbs on top a table and puts on some panty hose that come off later in this solid straight sex scene with action moving from the table to a chair for the finale. The sepia tone look of this scene is less murky than Mia and Nick's scene and Kayden looks great with her full head of blonde hair---!!!

Bonus Materials are plentiful: a 10 minute BTS, a 24 minute bright exterior bonus scene with Kayden and Erik Everhard from KAYDEN EXPOSED, a 13 minute additional bonus scene with Audrey and Otto by the fire place from 2 OF A KIND, a 5 minute photo gallery, Internet promo and 15 minutes of previews.

So, Otto Bauer's KISS ME DEADLY (2010, Adam & Eve Pictures) captures some of the look and feel of an old film noir but skimps on the story. That's too bad because Bauer did a fine job with his little feature SMOKIN' TAIL PIPES (click on T0MBOne above for a review) from a few years ago. Still, I'm rating this the same because I liked how he captured his cast of performers in the 5 sex scenes with the stand-out opening. Final rating for KISS ME DEADLY is !!! outa !!!!!.
