Initial Expectations: Celeste has made some darn hot movies and Jesse Jane normally really impresses me. I can't help but look forward to this one.

Initial Reaction: Although the gun play didn't always work for me, it's definitely one of Celeste's better movies.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very nicely done, just as one should have come to expect from Digital Playground. As usual with Celeste's movies, there's no audio from the performers with the only audio being music. The video is nicely presented in anamorphic widescreen. It's very well lit with just a hint of grain and smooth camera work. This is a great looking and sounding piece of artistic porn.

Music: As usual with movies where you don't get to hear the performers, the music becomes all the more important and can make or break a movie. Here, the music worked beautifully and helped out virtually every scene for me. It has a very cool style to it that reminded me of heist films and fit the attitude and sexuality of the music perfectly.

Menus: The main menu nicely works through a bit of animation to a hot still of Jesse with guns along with a little minor background animation. The chapter menu is fairly generic and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a chapter number along with the name of the girl in the first chapter of each scene.

The Feature

Celeste is back with a new dream. This time it's a dream with girls and guns. Each scene has at least one girl with a gun in it, and they don't look afraid to use it. In fact, they might even use it in the sex.

Scene 1 – Jesse Jane and Scott Nails

As Scott washes up in the bathroom, Jesse walks in looking hot as heck and puts a pistol to the back of his head. She smacks him on the back of the head with it and restrains him with his belt while he's out before sitting on him and fucking herself with a silver vibe. Scott tries to touch her as she pleasures herself, and after a bit Jesse moves up to let him tongue her twat. Jesse breaks out his cock to stroke it a bit before letting him up so she can lick and suck it as well as the end of her pistol while she frees his hands. Jesse lets Scott fuck her from behind before getting up to ride him reverse cowgirl style. This is a pretty hot scene. Celeste can be a bit hit or miss for me with her artistic stylings, but here they were right on. The camera work was very nice and the editing didn't interfere with the very nice chemistry between Jesse and Scott. The only thing that held the scene back for me was the gun play. I can understand the power aspect of it, but as somebody who grew up around guns with a strong respect for firearms safety, I just can't get behind the use of guns in a scene like this. If it had been left out once the sex started, then I'd be fine with it as it would just play to the setup, but as it is here it really left me uncomfortable. This scene came off as a borderline great scene to me, but the irresponsible gun play held it back for me.

Scene 2 – Naomi and Marco Banderas

Marco leans against a wall twirling his pistole dressed all in black as Naomi, looking to be little more than a skeleton in a black dress and fishnets, puts grenades back on a box. When she drops one Marco puts her against the wall and worships her ass before having her get down and suck his cock. He also sticks the gun in her mouth to suck while keeping his finger on the trigger before fucking her from behind against the wall while giving her ass a few slaps. Naomi turns around slightly for Marco to fuck her bow and arrow style before turning back to the wall and letting him fuck her ass. This is another pretty good scene. I can't help but think with how Naomi kept some clothes on that Celeste was trying to hide how skin and bones Naomi is looking, and even as it's down it comes out a bit. There's nice chemistry between Marco and Naomi, who takes it in the ass as good as ever, but once again the gun play held the scene back for me. It works great for the setup, and having the case of grenades and the badass feel to the scene gives it a touch of fun to start. Having Naomi suck the gun with Marco's finger on the trigger, however, added nothing to the scene except for an urge to grab the remote. This is another scene that was pretty hot and held back mainly by the irresponsible gun play.

Scene 3 – Jesse Jane and Lacie Heart

Jesse, in a black bikini bottom with a lime green top, restrains Lacie's hands behind her back using her stockings with Lacie in a white bra and panties and holds her against a wall with a box of grenades near them. She holds Lacie against the wall as she kisses her way around her body and throws the camera some nicely naughty looks. Jesse moves south to tongue Lacie's shaved pussy as well as slapping her ass and fingering her pussy. Jesse also works Lacie over as she sits back on a crate before Lacie returns the favor. The girls move to the floor to work each other over before finishing things with a quick kiss.

This was a pretty hot scene. I really like how the gun play was left out of this one, and it shows that you can still have a feeling of intensity and power without it. The girls work back and forth nicely as they play with Jesse staying nicely in control throughout the scene. This is a pretty good scene, but the ending felt a little forced.

Scene 4 – Cayton Caley and Jesse Jane

While Cayton sits on a staircase peacefully in a black bra, panties, and shoes with an arm cuffed to the railing, Jesse struts her stuff down the staircase with a pistol and runs it around her before taking a few kisses and licks while rubbing it against her pussy. Jesse moves behind her and lets Cayton fuck herself with a glass dildo as she works on her own pussy and keeps the gun pointed around Cayton's head before moving down to fuck her with it and to slap her ass. Finally, Jesse heads back up the staircase with the toy leaving Cayton cuffed to the railing.

This is a pretty good scene. The action is a little limited, but the camera work and chemistry help it out. Unfortunately the gun play holds it back for me again, and once again seems like it could have been done as a lead in and then add a little tension to the scene by having Jesse leave it almost within reach on a higher step. Heck, the scene could have even ended with Cayton getting the gun and turning in on Jesse as the scene fades out to give it an extra bit of intensity. This scene doesn't hold up quite as well as the others.

Scene 5 – Jesse Jane

Jesse puts on a black bra and panties with a fake leopard skin coat as she lovingly moves around a belt-fed rifle on a tripod. She strips off her coat and grinds against the stock as well as playing with herself a little. Jesse moves from her fingers to a cream colored vibe, and finally sucks it clean with a nasty little look in her eye and a slutty smile on her face.

This is a hot masturbation scene. After doing a little full auto shooting at the range yesterday, I could easily get into the thought of being in love with a gun like this. Jesse's looking a tad on the bony side here, but her outfit helps her to look better than she might right down to her sexy black peep toe wooded heeled shoes with a small wooden platform. The gets into the masturbation quite nicely throughout the scene and adds a bit of nicely done playing to the camera. This is a hot scene that uses the gun nicely in it.

Scene 6 – Lux Kassidy

She aims it around and runs it around her body as she strips out of her skirt with a playful smile on her face. This is an okay masturbation scene. The gun play is very light here with it just running around Lux's body lightly. Lux looks great, but the scene has such a light feeling that it comes off as a piece of fluff in a movie that's otherwise fairly intense. This scene fell a little short for me compared to the others.

Scene 7 – Jesse Jane and Ben English

Jesse sits back in a sexy black dress and aims her pistol at Ben, who's behind a desk in a leather jacket and looks half amused and half weary. They kiss and he works his way down her leg to between her thighs so he can start eating her. Jesse sucks Ben in return before letting him fuck her in midair cowgirl style. This is a hot scene. I love how the gun is only there to set up the scene rather than having the gun work into the sex itself. It does kick the intensity up a notch and the chemistry takes off from there. There's some nice energy from Jesse and Ben, and the scene never seems to miss a beat after starting on its feet. This is another very nicely done scene, and one of my favorites in the movie.

Scene 8 – Katsumi and Jean Val Jean

French hottie Katsumi starts out the final scene with being held at gunpoint by Jean, who has his hair in corn rows (one word – NO!). The gun goes to the side as a leashed Katsumi lets Jean worship her ass with his tongue on a bed before he puts in a large black buttplug. The other thing I have to admit I was impressed with here was Katsumi's implants, which I don't think I've seen before. Like many others I hate to hear of a beautiful girl with a great body getting implants, but she did a very nice job choosing her new tits. They look very natural and are very well proportioned for her body. I never like to hear of girls getting bolt-ons, but at least Katsumi chose very well for her pair. This is a very nice final scene.

Jesse's Juice is a hot Celeste release. Like so many other of Celeste's movies, this one has more of a theme to drive it than anything else, and this time that theme is guns. That's both a good and a bad thing here. It's a good thing because many times it helps to give the scenes a feeling of a story behind them, or at least an attitude. On the bad side, they're often used as a part of the sex. As somebody who's been raised around guns with the golden rules of keep your finger off the trigger and don't point a gun at anything you don't want to shoot, this did hold back several of the scenes for me and had me considering reaching for the remote control a few times as well. Thankfully there's also some scenes where it's just used to set up the scenes, and I don't think there was anything lost in those scenes as the ones that brought it in with the sex. As for a favorite scene, I think Jesse's scene with Ben and her solo scene with the belt-fed were my favorites while Lux's scene just didn't seem to go anywhere and Jesse's opening scene with Scott fell short despite some very nice chemistry due to how they brought the gun into the scene. My other problem with the movie is more of one about the talent. Jesse and Naomi can both be beautiful women, but here they both look like they could use a few good meals with how much bone is showing for them. As for Celeste's style here, I thought it worked very well. I still got plenty of chemistry from the performers and I rarely had a camera angle I didn't like. I know some people absolutely positively have to hear the performers, but Celeste is one of the few where I can get into the scenes without hearing them. If you're a fan of Celeste's style, Jesse's Juice is very well worth checking out.

The Extra Stuff

Trailers are included for Pirates 2, Jack’s Playground 32, Island Fever 4, Teagan's Juice, Pirates, Cockasian, Teagan: Sexual Freak 2, and the Virtual Sex With... series. The photo gallery can be viewed either at your own pace or as part of a nearly four minute photo gallery with about five seconds per very nice looking snapshot or full screen photo. There's also cumshot recaps, a behind the scenes featurette, and a bio for Jesse Jane.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts about eleven and a half minutes and is done by Brah Bones. Robby starts things out talking with himself about how the cast is going to feel the wrath of D before moving inside for Brah to chat with Jesse in the makeup chair. There's a bit of fun with Jamal before a little more fun with Jesse and some fun with Ben English. Brah heads to the basement where he finds Jesse and Lacie Heart before moving back up to chat with Katsumi and admire her great new tits. Finally there's a little bit more of Robby and Jesse. This is a very fun behind the scenes featurette. There's plenty of personality from the cast and crew with plenty of laughs and what looks like a fun feeling around the set. Sadly all of the cast doesn't get in on it, but I still had a great time watching it.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Digital Playground’s bigger releases can be found online for between about $18 and $28 with a few stores offering them for under $20. If you like Celeste's style, this one's going to be well worth the money. The sex missed a little for me due to some of how the guns were worked into the scenes, but most of the time worked well. The technical aspects were very nice, and Digital Playground nicely went back to including a very fun behind the scenes featurette to help the DVD out even more. This is a nicely done DVD.

Note to Digital Playground: I can understand the desire to work guns into sex scenes, but please find a way to do it more responsibly in the future.
