Initial Expectations: Wicked, Jenna, and Brad Armstrong have made a great team so far, so I’m expecting another very good DVD.

Initial Reaction: It’s a typical, well done, Brad Armstrong almost all sex feature but the DVD as a whole seems a little shy.

Who Should Watch It : Couples, fans of Jenna and Brad Armstrong, and anybody who likes hot, slightly artistic sex. Anybody who enjoyed Pure should pick this up as soon as possible.

Who Should Avoid It: Plot and hardcore fans.

Audio /Video Quality: As usual with Wicked, the audio and video are great. This feature is almost five years old and looks and sounds better than many features released today. There are a few places in the feature that are blurry, but they appear to be deliberately blurry.

Music: The music changes to fit each scene. It’s slightly overpowering much of the time, but you can still hear the action pretty well.

Menus: The menus follow a tattoo theme with the pen flashing across and the scenes showing as tattoos. It’s a nice and simple touch.

The Feature: Jenna Ink. , Wicked’s latest Jenna Jameson release places Jenna as a tattoo artist. Each scene shows what happens in one of her tattoos. The sex scenes are done in color, while the tattoo scenes are in black and white. It’s a nice blend and gives the feature a slightly more artistic feel. It’s also at the time when Jenna had some of her most unrealistic implants, which might turn off some people. In between the scenes, Jenna talks to the customers and works on them. Throughout all of the setup scenes, we never get a good view of the customers, only Jenna, who looks very nice. It also allows some people to recognize her with her clothes on.

The sex starts out right away, actually even a little in the opening credits, with angel Jenna (complete with huge wings) and Alex Sanders, who’s long hair might be able to make him fly. The set is simple only having a few white curtains and columns. If I recall my high school Humanities class right they’re Corinthian but I’m not planning on calling up the teacher to make sure. There’s also a little fog here and there giving it a slightly dreamlike feel. Alex starts by working Jenna’s tits and pussy over before she goes to work on her cock. It’s always enjoyable to watch Jenna suck a hard cock and she does a great job here also, even double fisting it. Alex fucks Jenna from behind while she leans against on one of the columns, unfortunately giving us way too many glimpses of his sack. It’s a very hot scene from the start and feels very artistic at the same time. After fucking her from behind outside the teepee, Mickey and Alex move inside where he fucks her missionary by the fire. Surprisingly, Indians had mattresses back then as well as sheets. I guess the bed frame was one of those things the white man brought. Kia, Sean Rider, and Alex Sanders give the next scene a little oriental flavor. Kia’s face reminds me of the amazing Asia Carrera, but she’s a little more intense and has both her clit and navel pierced. Although similar in many ways to Jenna and Brad’s Pure , Jenna Ink. worked much better to me. The scenes were a little more balanced and a lot more artistic. They also felt complete, unlike in Pure . It still maintains the variety of scenes, like Pure did, and in fact, might have a little more variety. Brad Armstrong knows how to make an artistic film, and this one shows his variety very well.

Extras: As with most of Wicked’s recent releases, Jenna Ink. starts with a double sided cover. Audio bios are included for Jenna Jameson, Alex Dane, Missy, Felecia, and Brad Armstrong. It’s the standard Wicked audio bio including personal information, a list of the star’s Wicked movies, and a link to their scene. Trailers are included for Hell on Heels , Dream Quest , Satyr , and Spellbound . The photo gallery lasts about two minutes with about six seconds per photo. The photos are all framed and look great. Of course, Wicked’s company profile, website, and Casino are also included as well as the list of Wicked’s AVN Award winners and nominations. Finally, the Free Speech commercial is included.

Overall: As with most of Jenna’s Wicked releases, Jenna Ink. can be found online for between $25 and $30 with most stores offering it for about $28. Although this seems a little high for the length of the movie and the extras on the DVD, it’s still a great feature. It’s both sexy and artistic and has a great transfer. If you’re a fan of Jenna, or even more so of Brad Armstrong’s style, you won’t be disappointed.

Note to Wicked: An interview with Brad Armstrong would have been great. Even if it’s only five minutes or so it would have added a lot to the overall DVD.
