Initial Expectations: I thought there were some great ideas in Imma Youjo: The Erotic Temptress 1 . I hope they’re done a little better here.

Initial Reaction: It’s pretty good and a lot more watcher friendly than its predecessor.

Who Should Watch It : Fans of porno and science fiction.

Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who wants to see consensual sex all the time.

Audio /Video Quality: Both the audio and video are very good. It looks and sounds as good as I’ve ever heard anime.

Music: The music has the feel of a lot of anime. It fits the feature very well and adds a lot of emotion to it.

Menus: The menus are about the same quality as in Imma Youjo: The Erotic Temptress 1 . They’re basic and a little too repetitious so they become quite annoying.

The Feature: This episode of Imma Youjo: The Erotic Temptress takes place in what appears to be the far future (since people go place to place in flying cars). Here Ichiro works on creating the perfect robotic woman. Many of them are used in brothels where the Johns jack in to plug in. His androids are so far advanced that the android can send the pleasure it’s having back into the guy who’s using her. Of course, it goes back into the guy using it and keeps progressing between them until he finishes.

After running from his employer, Ichiro finally succeeds in making his perfect woman and calls her Maya. Yes, it’s the same Maya we know that all the destruction revolved around in Imma Youjo: The Erotic Temptress 1 . Maya and Ichiro fall in love which is handled very nicely, as opposed to the gang rapes in the first episode. Even their sex is handled tenderly which really surprised me.

Ichiro’s employer finally finds them and gang rapes Maya as Ichiro is forced to watch followed by erasing her memory. They take her back to work in the brothel and bring Ichiro back to work as well. Maya will do anything for any customer but her boss knows that she’s somehow different from all the other girls. She can’t completely forget Ichiro and her bosses sell her because they know she’s going to be trouble even though she brings in more money than all the other girls. Through it all, Ichiro follows her, hoping to either find her remembering him or ready to destroy her if she doesn’t.

Imma Youjo: The Erotic Temptress 2 is an interesting story that’s filled with emotion. The sex fits into the story very well and even it has quite a bit of emotion. It’s well written and well animated. It’s not for everybody, but it’s done well enough that most people will be able to enjoy it.

Extras: The photo gallery lasts about a minute, but seemed cut off. (In his review, reviewer said it lasted about two minutes). On the plus side, I thought it looked very good. There’s also company info, a new release website link, and subtitle control.

The second side of the DVD contains trailers for the Cool Devices series, the La Blue Girl series, Twin Angels , and Venus 5 . It’s a nice format. The first screen tells you about the feature and you can choose whether you want to view the trailer or not.

Overall: Currently, Imma Youjo: The Erotic Temptress 2 can be found online for between $13 and $25 with a few stores offering it for under $15. There’s a decent story filled with emotion and the sex blends with it quite well. The transfer appears to be very good but there isn’t much for extras.

Note to NuTech: It’s a decent feature, but it seems short for the price since there’s virtually no extras. It would be a lot better if there was more than one episode per DVD, such as with the La Blue Girl and Cool Devices series.
