I've seen a ton of movies from Platinum X pictures, but never one from the veteran actor/director Sean Michaels. One caveat that must be discussed when talking about Platinum X is the dreaded "chroma shift" problem. Many of their earlier discs suffered from a bad color problem, the chroma shift, where weird-looking halos (usually blue or red) appear around objects on the screen. Some movies have the problem much worse than others, and some PXP discs do not exhibit the problem at all. The newer the release from PXP, the less likely the halos are to appear. I fortunately cannot detect any trace of the problem with "Hot Ass Latinas 2."

Scene 1: Olivia O'Lovely and Sean Michaels

The girls, with the exception of Rio and Luccia, also seemed to phone in their not especially memorable scenes.

The last two scenes up the energy level, but they can't make this one rise above the rank of average. Two of the girls are not Latina, there's not a lot of anal or variety in the scenes, Sean sleepwalks through his efforts and blows sad, watery loads, and the girls appear to be waiting for their paychecks. Rio and Luccia manage to salvage this one somewhat, and the cast is pretty solid, though, so you may want to check this one out if you are a fan of spicy Hispanic women.
