Audio/Video: Both were flawless. The video was both clear and colorful, with plenty of good camera angles and full-body shots. The lighting was always bright without being glaring or unflattering, and shadows were unnoticable. Music was pleasant and unobtrusive.

The Movie:
Hollywood plays an aspiring actress who moves in with Trent and April, a couple who are also struggling to make it in Tinsletown. April is a jealous bitch who accuses Trent of lusting after Holly...oh wait..he WAS watching her in the shower about 20 minutes after she moved in. Well anyway, Holly goes to various auditions but never gets hired because she refuses to have sex to get the part. April's ambition is unhindered by such scruples and soon leaves her husband and friend behind.
By the end of the movie Holly is seen walking into the Metro studios, where she resorts to offering Mike Adam a blowjob in exchange for a part in a porno.
In a role which must have been a real stretch, Adam interviews Holly with those arduous questions that we've all sweated through, 'you do anal sex?' and 'you do girls'? When Holly cuts to the chase, she's shocked when he turns her down. As he puts it, "Wouldn't it be stupid to give you the part for a blowjob, when the part involves giving a blowjob anyway?" Well...only if HE was gonna be getting the blowjob in the movie, otherwise it makes perfect sense to me. I know what he means though. The message is that mainstream Hollywood is rife with hypocrisy, and in porn, happy endings are not unheard of.
The acting, thanks to Joel, Trent and Holly, is a cut above what you usually get in porn. The script is well written, cohesive, and has something to say about hypocrisy without being heavy-handed. The sex is hot and enjoyable to watch without resorting to circus acts. This one has the Dumblonde Seal of Approval.
The first sex scene takes place about 15 minutes into the movie, when Holly auditions for Mark Wood, but loses out to Alaura Eden because she refuses to fuck him, and can you blame her? Eden was only too happy to get butt-fucked for an acting job since she's not too convincing faking an orgasm. She does an inspiring blowjob however and lands the part.
Holly and April This scene had more screaming orgasms than you can shake a double dong at, but as is so often the case, it is used only so the rammer can get a two handed grip on it. How many times do I have to say it?
