High Heels and Nylons: Volume 9 is the first volume that appeared in a DVD edition, to our best knowledge. It is of course good news, but then, this doesn't seem to be a pinnacle of fetishist cinematography. For that, you might consider the House of Legs series from Bob's Videos, and also numerous mainstream releases. Every single film from Starr Productions (in the past known as Mother Productions) is set up in the same room (or if it is a different room, it is identical). There is only so much variety that you can introduce to the everlasting scenery. Therefore, there exists a not-so-magic formula, according to which the films are produced. Choose a particular fetish, pick a few girls from the small pool of performers, and enter the room to shoot a video. One might think that given such an overly familiar encironment (that room, you see), they would finally get it. They didn't seem to, as the colors are often oversaturated, the camera loses focus, and most irritatingly, the colors are way too bright. Reminds us of a badly scanned images... The film is also quite mild, and once you see one episode, you have seen them all. All that is left as a differentiating factor, is the girls galore. Here, too, the video doesn't shine.

Episode 1: Parker

An asslicker lady, that is, one of the performer from their Lady Ass Lickers, Parker opens the film with a presentation of her legs in body-colored pantyhose. The girl takes her time, putting various pieces of attire on her, turning around and about, and admiring herself in a mirror. Three sets of hosiery await their turn, and indeed, soon enough she changes her mind, and we have a good look at her feet. The colors often burn the edges here and there, and the background is blindingly reflexive. Given such a poor source, it is hard to rescue the images, so we gave up after the first attempt. A simple piece of clothing, and how mush space for seduction. If only the damsels were more attractive...

Episode 2: Lisa Lynn

After half an hour, we welcome Lisa, a younger Asian girl who unfortunately has slightly deformed feet. Hey, isn't this a pantyhose video? One would think that they would take care to get the best models they had. Not so. You have to wait until the girl turns her feet, and we no longer have to see the deformed, inner side. When the shoes are not in focus, her face is, and it is a disaster. Not the girl herself. Her expression. Yet another girl who makes a face as if she were doing number two. What is wrong with them?

Episode 3: Heather Heels

A loose woman appears next, and blinds us with her red pantyhose. That is because the colors are oversaturated, whilst the contrast and brightness are st so high that you cannot help but wince. Such, too, is your reaction to the worst possible tattoo choices. She even has a skull on her foot. Piercings. A loose body, an uncared for ass, sagging breasts. And that slutty smile on her face -- of the offputting kind. Not our cup of tea, that girl. She does put on some strange shoes. They look good on cross-legged ladies, but it is hard to walk in them, one supposes.

Episode 4: Natalie Demore

Her we have seen before, too. She has nice legs, nice hands, nice pale-pink nipples, and altogether is the most feminine of the cast, yet somehow, too, the excitement wasn't there. Not her fault. After eighty minutes of superbright and blinding contrast, we lost our sight. This review is written as if we were blindfolded, so please excuse our typos.
