Initial Expectations: I haven’t seen anything from this series, so I’m going in with an open mind.

Initial Reaction: It’s not fantastic, but it’s not bad either

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and nicely balanced, although there are a few moments when you hear a voice that sounds like it’s out of place. The video is also nicely done. There’s a little bit of grain but the lighting is pretty even and there aren’t many shadows.

Music: The tease sequences have a bit of a techno-dance mix as their only audio. The scenes don’t have any music.

Menus: The menus are pretty good. The main menu has a little animation and the chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a chapter number.

The Feature: Finally Legal 9 gives you girls who look like just that without having to worry about anything like plot. Each scene has a bit of a tease to let the girl show off and then jumps right into the action. In a nice touch, each girl’s name is listed at the start of her scene.

Kitty, a cute Oriental with her hair partially dyed red and a flat chest, starts things out with Mark Ashley, who looks like he might be living out of a cardboard box here. She strokes him before happily sucking him and trying to take him into her throat. Mark returns the favor by tonguing Kitty’s shaven and pierced pussy. Mark gives it to Kitty from behind before letting her suck his cock clean and climb on for a cowgirl ride. Kitty lays back for a little missionary work before taking Mark on her cheek and chest.

This scene didn’t do much for me. To start with it’s so slow that it almost seems mechanical. It also focuses so much on Kitty that it’s like you’re not even to think Mark is there. He barely makes a peep through the scene and is hidden from view at almost all times. I know there are mixed feelings on this, but I can’t help but think that if two people are involved with sex that it should feel like two people are involved with sex. Since this one doesn’t seem to want to admit that, I couldn’t get into it much.

Gauge, a star who I think has a shrine built to her in every trailer park throughout the world, takes on Brian Surewood after changing out of a cute schoolgirl style outfit. Gauge strips down and lets Brain play around her white cotton panties before he energetically moves in to eat her pussy. She moves up to gobble his knob after giving it a bit of spit before riding it reverse cowgirl style. They move on through a bit of doggie style, where I think Gauge puts in more effort than Brian, as well as doing a little missionary work before Brian give Gauge a nice facial.

This is a bit of a better scene. It has a natural feeling, although at times it still feels like it’s being held back a little. Gauge puts some nice energy into the scene without feeling like she’s taking it completely over the top. More importantly, the camera keeps things a little better balanced. It’s normally nicely framed and you never have the feeling that Gauge is the only person involved with the scene. The camera also moves around nicely to give you a good view of what’s happening without feeling like it’s trying to hide something and gives a nice balance of close-ups and distance shots. I’m not much of a Gauge fan, but I’m sure that this will please mst of her fans who don’t mind it when she doesn’t take it in the can.

Bleached blonde Hollie Stevens is featured in the third scene, where she takes on Bobby Vitale. Bobby and Hollie kiss on the bed before he moves down to kiss her lower lips. He follows it up giving her a bit of skullfucking before letting her get on for a cowgirl ride. Hollie switches it around for a bit of reverse cowgirl before they spoon. Bobby gives Hollie a couple quick pumps in missionary before jumping up and giving her a nice facial that she doesn’t try to move away from at all.

This is a pretty good scene. Bobby is a bit on the rough side, but he and Hollie seem to have great chemistry. She matches his energy very well and seems to feed off Bobby’s roughness. There’s a submissiveness about Hollie that doesn’t do much for me, but the scene still ends up nicely above average.

Extremely cute Czech Jessica Dee, who looks great in a naughty schoolgirl type outfit, handles the penultimate scene with Brian Surewood. She happily lets Brian finger her ass while he tongues her twat and then gives him some energetic and vocal head. As usual, Jessica doesn’t disappoint! She’s cute, enthusiastic, and isn’t afraid of things getting a little nasty. In fact, she seems to look forward to things getting a little nasty and her enthusiasm makes this scene an easy winner and one of the best scenes in the feature. I’ve only seen Jessica in a handful of features so far, but I can easily see her winning over plenty of Monica Sweetheart fans who are needing a fix of young nasty porn!

Loni, a big breasted, big bootied, and often nasty Oriental, finishes things up taking on Bobby Vitale. This is another hot scene! Bobby seems a little dead, but Loni more than makes up for it with her energy and attitude. I don’t know if it was meant to be the way it ended up or not, but I kept getting a feeling like Loni was teasing about getting nastier. There were many times I expected her to start rimming Bobby or really dominating him. Although I would have loved to have seen either of these things, the tease worked well for it and helps this become a great scene to bring things to a close.

Finally Legal 9 is a pretty decent fuck flick. It keeps things very straightforward and lets the girls do a little tease before getting into the action rather than having them try to deal with some kind of plot. The action itself varies in style and substance a little bit, which is good, but it also varies in quality. Kitty’s scene at the opening was easily the worst here, while Jessica Dee and Loni really heated things up at the end. Finally Legal 9 isn’t a fantastic porno, but it should nicely help scratch the itch for people wanting to watch some younger women getting some action.

Overall: Currently, many of Metro’s DVDs can be found online for between $12 and $25 with most stores offering them for around $20. Although it’s not a bad feature, there are a couple scenes that lack enough that I’d aim low on this one. There isn’t much for extras, but the transfer is nicely done.

Note to Metro: A little polish would be nice. Identify the girl as her scene starts. Throw in a few more chapter breaks, as some people like to skip certain positions or jump right to the pop shot. Also, it looks like there’s still some room on the DVD so include a bonus scene. Even something like a five minute scene from the Blowjob Fantasies series makes the DVD feel much better. All of these things should be easily done with your DVDs and shouldn’t cost much either.
