Fighters (DVD + Blu-Ray Combo Pack) Review

Good morning porn fans. I have the latest epic from Digital Playground here featuring all their contract girls save for Selena Rose which is a bit odd but we have Vicki Chase stepping to appear along with Jesse, Riley, Kayden, Stoya and Bibi plus the usual suspects for the guys- Scott Nails, Erik Everhard, Tommy Gunn, Manuel Ferrara, Charles Dera so we have the guys covered pretty good too matching up with the ladies. Speaking of matching up this movie also takes us to an arena, boxing, that isn't unfamiliar territory for films but centering most of the action on female boxers is newer so we'll have to see how that part of the equation matches up with the fucking which with the girls listed above and the guys they get to play with I suspect will be more than adequate to meet your needs! I just picked up a blu ray player and watched a little bit of this on that and honestly couldn't really tell a big difference, it did look better because it was a on big 51 inch screen but now I'll be able to check the Digital movies out on that too though I'll tend to stick to the dvd version for review since I use my computer, just easier and one less remote, lol. Anyway let's get into the story shall we, lace up your gloves!

So we head back to school and it is the start of term and already a chick fight!! It is Jesse throwing down with Bibi and it seems Jesse is having the better of it slamming Bibi back into the lockers which give pretty easily, it is the first part of the year so there hasn't been enough time to load them down with books yet, lol. There we learn this isn't Jesse's first brush with the law and we have Bibi dismissed with Jesse staying behind. So it is another weeks detention for Jesse and her father, Tommy Gunn, is going to be called, have to laugh at that Tommy her father. The story then moves to a different track bringing in the Kayden Kross character who we see is much more well off than Jesse is driving up to a big house in a nice fancy car. But all isn't so well here as it seems. Going inside Kayden learns her dad won't make it back to help celebrate her 19th birthday, but there's a great housekeeper there to dispense wise sayings! Vicki Chase comes into the kitchen and seems she's a house guest of the maids, she and Kayden seem to strike it off on the right track. Stoya then arrives so more hotness to join the show, she and Kayden are clearly friends-- with benefits maybe! There is a party that night and Stoya's invited a couple of guys so maybe some action later on for the two. Back to the school and Jesse in detention. The show takes us next to an apartment building where we have Bibi knocking on a door and who answers, Tommy Gunn who I just told you is Jesse's dad so the plot thickens, lol. We see Manuel and Erik are here as well for the festivities. The story returns to Jesse who is back in the principals office and she learns that if she doesn't finish her detention out at this boxing gym she'll be expelled so Jesse returns reluctantly. Jesse doesn't fight this time when Scott dispatches her to do some cleaning and we get some boxing action shown with the extras. Jesse takes a break from sweeping and starts to throw some punches and naturally Scott sees this and decides to head over and give a few pointers! Not quite Mickey with Rocky but it has a different sort of potential those two guys couldn't deliver, hehe. Things seem to be more on the upswing for Jesse with this new change and we get a family sit down with Jesse, Tommy and Riley- it isn't Father's Knows Best but they aren't yelling at each other which is an improvement. Jesse invites Riley to come out on Friday for the big fight night. So it is Friday night and we have everyone here watching- Jesse, Riley, Stoya and Kayden too. Afterwards both Jesse and Kayden indicate they are ready to take this one so a little training montage time, lol!!!Not quite We're Gonna Fly Know ala Rocky but it is still good shots of both Kayden and Jesse readying themselves for a fight-- perhaps against each other though this is not known yet. Jesse also makes up with her dad, the two agreeing to try a fresh start so some promise there. Turns out also that Tommy was something of a legend around this gym and Scott Nails was shocked to learn Jesse was his daughter and that he's dating her-- so we're dating huh!!! A nice ending to what was a rough story to watch.

Extras & Final Thoughts:

Well fans this was among the heaviest stories I've seen told by Digital Playground. Nothing funny about this movie at all. It is a hard story about two women who have both had it rough at home. Kayden might have all the advantage and privilege but she is lacking a dad who is actively involved in her life and doesn't do much besides trying to buy her love. Jesse Jane also has it rough with a dad who isn't very involved and belittles her early on in this story. Riley is Jesse's sister and Tommy doesn't have much time for her either. Some good dialogue here for the principals, chiefly Kayden and Jesse who play the two ladies who hook up in the ultimate fight but it isn't one where the girls hate each other, in fact they don't speak to each other in the movie if I remember right. Their fight is more about proving to themselves they are strong women who don't need their daddys affection to validate their lives and by movies end they both achieve some resolution there and with Jesse some positive resolution with her father too. The story was very important to this movie but it doesn't detract from the fucking which was equally strong- Kayden and Stoya fuck twice with single scenes from Bibi, Riley, Vicki and Jesse- though her dialogue elevated her status in this movie for me making up a little for the lack of one sex scene. There is a separate disc for the dvd featuring the extras, the blu ray only has one so everything is on that. As for the extras you have bloopers, some deleted scenes and some behind the scenes as well. A different movie for Digital Playground I think taking on a edgier story and I think succeeding because they have such strong players led by Kayden and Jesse in this with some good supporting dialogue and fucking from Stoya. An easy pick up for fans of the Digital girls as they are all here save for Selena but Vicki Chase was a nice addition.
