Review:
The second installment of uber-director Kayden Kross' latest Maitland Ward vehicle (read: masterpiece), Drift, has dropped over at Deeper.com, and the heat is ramping up to a fever-pitch. Indeed, following up a big premiere by going incognito (all while maintaining a vintage, leopard-print Hollywood flair, of course), Maitland declines a ride home in her limo and goes it alone...taking to the streets. Ultimately (and after some plot elements involving her co-star, Seth Gamble), she chances upon a VHS era video store staffed by one of her biggest fans, Alex Jones, who knows all of the words to her racier films. He's easy prey for a woman-on-the-prowl like Ward, no doubt, and it isn't long before the star-struck Jones is on his knees--pleasuring her with a piece of red licorice--and his raging hard-on is out of his pants... and in Maitland's mouth and (Wow!) ass. A tight-tearing, ass-searing beauty of a romp rolls forward, with the pair going all out under the glow of the store's fluorescent lighting and with at least a dozen stacked CRT televisions serving as a backdrop. By the time that all's said and done in this sexual spectacle, pussies have been eaten, cocks have been sucked, and Jones has unleashed all of his pent up obsessions for his favorite actress in one pulse-pounding reaming of her hole. A facial smeared out across Maitland's forehead and cheek closes out this stunning, carnal carnival. So hot!
As with the prior episode, the acting across the board--and particularly by Maitland Ward--is top of the line, as are the high-end production values, superb attention to detail, gorgeous effects/lighting, and well-chosen camera angles (...during both the sex and the non-sex portions of the sequence). The soundtrack is once again exceptional and matched to the onscreen action with perfection, and cut scenes and voiceovers are also employed to strong effect--though perhaps less frequently(?) than in the first installment. Indeed, everything here flows seamlessly together into a single well-polished package, and the result is yet another spectacular, Hollywood caliber offering from the dynamic Kross/Ward duo that has taken the porn world by storm. No doubt, it should not be missed. It is feature porn at its absolute finest, and we are lucky to have it.
