Initial Expectations: I’ve been really impressed with the little I’ve seen from Third Degree and Chris Streams. I can’t help but go into this one with very high expectations.

Initial Reaction: It’s not exactly my thing (the barely legal scene), but it’s pretty well done.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very well done. The audio is clear and well balanced, even when the performers talk with Chris behind the camera. There’s a few background noises, but they always seem like they belong rather than seeming inappropriate. The video is also very well done. It has a slightly soft feel, but never looks grainy. It also makes very good use of lighting, including natural light. This is a very nice looking and sounding movie.

Menus: The main menu nicely blends a bit of the movie with some animation. The chapter menu is pretty generic, and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene and a chapter number.

The Feature

Chris Streams builds on the standard barely legal movie with Don’t Tell My Daddy. Rather than just going with young looking girls, he normally builds a bit of a tease around catching them doing something bad. Scene 1 - Angel Dark, Choky Ice, and Mick Blue

This is a good scene, but something about it just didn’t work for me.

Scene 2 - Melanie and Benjamin Bratt

Melanie, a heavily tattooed brunette with braces, starts things out in a white tanktop and shoes with a short red and black skirt and tie. Scene 3 - Lucy Anne, Tristan, and Choky Ice

Scene 4 - Heather Gables and Mark Ashley

Don’t Tell My Daddy puts a nice little twist on the barely legal genre. I like how Chris uses a little story to open things up. He does a nice job of combining it with the tease and it helps give each the scene a fun start. The girls are normally very young looking and all appear to love sex, and especially anal sex. My main problem with this movie is me. I’m not a big fan of the barely legal genre as I have a very strong preference for women instead of girls. Most of these girls are very cute, but sexually they do nothing for me. “Why pick this one up then?”, you might ask? Simple. Chris Streams. He’s easily proven himself to be one of the best cameramen in the adult industry, and he does so here as well. There’s a few spots where his style didn’t quite work for me, but there’s a lot that’s very well done also. If you prefer women over girls, I don’t think there’s anything in Don’t Tell My Daddy to convert you over, but if you want barely legal girls this one should have a spot reserved for it on your shelf.

The Extra Stuff

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of 3rd Degree’s DVDs can be found online for between about $16 and $25 with quite a few stores offering them for about $20. If you’re a fan of barely legal girls, this one’s going to be well worth the money. The sex is pretty hot and nicely captured, the technical aspects are very nice, and there’s even some effort put into the extras. This movie didn’t work as well for me as some others due to my personal preferences, but it’s a nicely put together DVD.
