Depraved, despite the Sunshine cover stating it is a feature film, is a collection of scenes from what appears to be random adult films spanning from the 1970s through the 1990s. Most were pulled from adult films, although one appears to be the Swedish Erotica loop “Lovers Reunion” (SE 0188) with Rhonda Jo Petty and Jon Martin and appears to be presented in its completion. In total there are eleven scenes to the compilation, none of which were labeled with their original origin.

There is no theme to the compilation. The films were made in different periods. The scenes don't have any particular theme to them nor are there any actors or actresses that appear within each scene. There seems to be no real reason for the compilation, other than to make money of some scenes, the rights to which were probably picked up rather cheaply.

The release from Sunshine is about what would be expected from the company. The video quality varies between each scene. Some with stronger colors and picture and some with softer colors and picture. All of the scenes used appear to have been sourced from video masters, regardless if they were originally shot on film or not. The film is presented in the full screen aspect ratio. The film is presented with a Dolby Digital 2.0 monaural track, which like the video, varies from scene to scene. There are no extras included, nor can I think of what would even be appropriate as an extra.

Depraved is a relatively standard compilation of scenes from unrelated adult films spanning from what looks like the 1970s through the 1990s. If random compilations are your interest, then this may be worth a watch. Otherwise, there is no real reason to pick it up, especially considering the short run time.
