Whether or not one considers Debbie Does Dallas 3: The Final Chapter to truly be an entry within the original Debbie Does Dallas series is debatable. There is no debating that Debbie Does Dallas 4 has absolutely nothing to do with the original series and is just trying to cash in on the name and this adult movie should have been utterly forgotten a long time ago.

In this movie, Coach Jesse (Jesse Eastern) is harassing Coach Ron (Ron Jeremy) because Coach Ron's cheerleaders haven't shown up for the big game yet where Coach Jesse is expecting to crush Coach Ron. There is a subplot, however, the subplot isn't worth getting into because it only rears its head at the end of the movie. Not that much attention is spent to any of the plotted portions at all. They are at best a set-up for the next sex scene only.

Debbie Does Dallas 4 is a cheap movie, which can be easily seen. One zooming shot of a ranch home in the valley is used over and over again. Two scenes take place on the exact same set only with the cushions reversed to change the color of the furniture. Some adult movies can manage to thrive despite budgetary limitations. Debbie Does Dallas 4 doesn't seem to even try to be anything other than a quickly churned out mess. The music, by John Further, will remind viewers of such 80s bands as Billy Idol and The Outfield, just to name a few of the melodies obviously ripped off in the movie.

The sex scenes in Debbie Does Dallas 4 are average, at best, and are incredibly formulaic. No real effort was made to create new or unique scenes that would stand out. The sex scenes in this movie are quickly forgotten. Basically, there is nothing within this movie to differentiate it from the masses of cheaply made adult movies that proliferated most of the mid-to-late 80s.

Venus Video hasn't done a good job with their release of Debbie Does Dallas 4. Debbie Does Dallas 4 is presented in the academy aspect ratio of 1.33:1 in 480i. The video presentation contains a lot of glitches in the video throughout the presentation. Colors are on the muted side. The video presentation isn't horrible but it isn't what should be considered proper either.

Debbie Does Dallas 4 is presented with an English Dolby Digital 2.0 monaural audio track. The audio is muffled throughout the entire presentation making the dialog hard to hear. The audio is definitely lacking and most viewers will be disappointed by what is here.

Venus Video hasn't included any extras for this release.

Debbie Does Dallas 4 has no connection with any of the previous entries within the Debbie Does Dallas series nor is there any real reason for it to carry the name of the series. Debbie Does Dallas 4 is your standard poorly and quickly made shot on video adult movie that was churned out heavily in the mid-to-late 80s. The plot is barely worth mentioning. The sex scenes are all cookie cutter and one could stand in for the next. The budget is almost non-existent. Debbie Does Dallas 4 would have been lost and forgotten years ago if it didn't carry the Debbie Does Dallas series name. Venus Video has done a poor job with this release.
