In this part of the series, Dana Vespoli is captured boxing and doing Muay Thai-esque workouts at a private gym, solo and with a trainer. Apparently in her personal life, this girl loves the gym so much and it a total health freak and who can blame her? She doesn't look like she's in her 40s at all. Nor does she look like she had 3 kids with Manuel Ferrara. She loves the gym so much, she's even done a boxing-themes lesbian porno flick recently called "Lefty" (possibly inspired by a movie called "Girlfight" with Michell Rodriguez). She's also captured in her car, discussing how the gym, boxing and doing porn has kept her mental state sharpened. She also brings to light how she doesn't care about making porn that sells high units, unlike most other pornographers - which is how it should be. She picks and chooses who she wants to fuck and get fucked by in this series and in all of her other directorial videos - which is ALSO how it should be.

The first scene is a lesbian scene with Shyla Jennings and Dana discusses how she wants to fuck her basically and during her conversation with her, she says connectivity and chemistry is more if not just as important as beauty and physical attraction and most people lack the former. They both get it on after she checks out Shyla's butt. Nothing too remarkable there. As you all know based on my older reviews, I enjoy girl/girl sex scenes in Belladonna's older videos made from 2005-2008, because of their relentless raunchiness. But Dana's girl/girl scenes aren't like that. Just a bunch of talking, groping, intimacy and mental connectivity. But, there are some booty shots of the females. Same with the second scene with Ashley Fires. The conversations are very intimate and intellectual, which further proves that Dana is a very smart woman. She got brains to match her booty and beauty! While the girls are freaking eachother, they still converse heavily. This is not typical male porn, whatsoever (unless he's just a total ass-obsessed freak and a gigantic Dana Vespoli fan)!

The last two scenes in this video are heterosexual male/female sex scenes. The same is apparent in every part of the series (except part 1, where there's more M/F sex than F/F), where you have two F/F and two M/F scenes. The first M/F scene stars a guy named Richie and she talks about why she likes him, not only as a performer, but as a man (apparently one who can relate to people). Again, Dana is too much into a guy's persona, mentality and aura much more than a man's physique (I know she did a video for Evil Angel where she fucked several black guys, with the exception of Nat Turnher). The sex scene with Richie starts off with them discussing how they got into the industry. Richie fucks her on a desk in various positions and while there's a sense of intimacy, the scene was a bore and lacked true energy. It resembles the most boring of a couples porno. The final scene with Danny fucking her on a couch is much better and turns out to be the best scene in this entire video. This finale is full of intimacy, heat, lots of kissing, fondling and some real energetic sex. Like her scenes in "Real Sex Diary 2", Dana goes through the motions with this dude. Yet, no fake ass dramatic hollering. She does make alotta faces where you can tell it's either a moment of deep relaxation for her, or severe stress relief... It's a decent sex scene, but still can't fuck with her two M/F scenes in the second "Real Sex Diary". The video ends with her in the gym weightlifting.

The extras include trailers for the rest of this series and filmographies. This almost bare-as-bones disc does not have any BTS or photo galleries.

In conclusion, the second part of this series is too much like "superior" to this one. I did have high hopes for this one. I guess, because we get to see a much more intimate side of Dana Vespoli and her persona, her love for the gym, plus what REALLY turns her on in guys. As I've said in my review for the second installment, it's not as "personal" or "intimate" as something like Manuel Ferrara's "Raw" series, but it's similar to the series simply because it's reality porn. The best part of this video is Dana opening up about how porn, boxing and martial arts helps her evolve mentally and as a woman and the final scene. While I am a huge Dana Vespoli fan and I'd keep her around me as a "sub" (if I ever had the chance), this video is whack. I'm thinking I should have seen the first installment of this series instead.
