Initial Expectations: I’m not sure why, but for some reason I have some expectations for this one.

Initial Reaction: It’s good enough that I wish Wicked would have made it one of their high effort classic releases!

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The audio is clear and nicely balanced, especially for a movie of this age. The video is also nicely done, and looks almost as good as many current releases. There’s almost no grain and it’s nicely lit. There’s a few shadows, but they feel natural.

Music: The music is cheesy, but the movie’s also from the early nineties so what do you expect? It’s nicely balanced with the rest of the audio rather than overpowering it.

Menus: The menus are pretty simple. The main menu blends the boxcover and a bit of the movie while the chapter menu lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of the scene and a chapter number.

The Feature

When P. J. goes over to her ex-boyfriend Joey’s house she has no intentions of getting back together with him. He’s just too intense, and not just sexually. She can’t, however resist changing into the lingerie he bought for her. Soon after she’s exploring his house and getting off at all of the sexual acts happening throughout it.

Scene 1 - P. J. Sparxx and Joey Silvera

P. J. Starts things out meeting Joey at his house. He has her go into the bathroom to put on an outfit he bought her, and changes into some pale blue and white lingerie. Joey blindfolds her before fondling her and adding a little food play to the mix. He makes her pose for pictures in his mind with out touching him. When she insists on touching him he cuffs her wrists behind her back. He gives her a bit of wine when she’s thirsty, and after a bit, grants her wish that he eat her pussy. P. J. returns the favor sucking Joey’s cock and balls, and even eats his ass a bit. After so much play and tease, P. J. finally lets Joey climb on top of her to fuck her. It doesn’t take much before Joey finally pops on her stomach.

This is an extremely impressive scene. The tease is done extremely well, and done to the point that even though the actual fucking is short, it feels like the climax of the scene. A part of me was sad that the fucking was as short as it was, but if it were any longer it would have taken away from the rest of the scene. This is an excellent start to the feature.

Scene 2 - Debi Diamond and Steven St. Croix

Debi and Steven diddle themselves as they watch each other. Debi does her deed in the bathtub while Steven watches from the room outside. Debi even pours a little candle wax on her ass before finishing things up naturally in the tub. Finally, as Steven watches, he pops on his hand.

This is another nicely done scene. Once again it’s a very nice tease, and once again it’s nicely paced. Steven and Debi never even get in the same room, but there’s still very nice chemistry there. This is a great scene.

Scene 3 - Rebecca Bardoux, Marc “Dick-O-Death” Wallice, and Terry Thomas

P. J. stumbles upon Rebecca next, who’s getting treated by Marc and Terry. Terry eats Rebecca’s pussy while Marc plays with her nipples and lets her lie back in his arms. She sucks Marc in return before letting Marc fuck her from behind while she warms up Terry. The guys move on to double stuff Rebecca before they both pop on her ass.

This is another nicely done scene, and even features Marc when he was a decent performer rather than somebody allegedly faking test results. The biggest problem is the camera work, which seemed just a little focused. It never shows both Rebecca’s reaction and the penetration during the DP, which held the scene back for me.

Scene 4 - Debi Diamond, Terry Thomas, Marc “Dick-O-Death” Wallice, Nick East, and Steven St. Croix

P. J. finds Debi getting taken care of by all the guys next. They work her holes over with their fingers while she sucks whoever’s closest. The guys move on to take turns fucking Debi’s pussy as she lays on her back before finally giving her a facial one at a time while P.J. watches.

This is an okay scene. Debi really seems to be into it, but the camera is so obsessed with extreme closeups that I couldn’t get into the scene. There’s barely any distance shows to let you see the big picture, and I don’t think I ever saw both the penetration and Debi’s face at the same time.

Scene 5 - P. J. Sparxx and Rebecca Bardoux

Rebecca pulls P. J. out of the bathroom to give her a little discipline in the final scene. She makes P. J. play with herself and suck and lick the handle on her flogger before commanding P. J. to come over and suck her pussy. Rebecca rewards P. J. with a little pussy eating and a spanking before putting P. J. back to work eating her pussy and fingering her ass. Finally, Rebecca makes P. J. get her off while sitting on her face.

This is a pretty good scene to finish things up with. There’s nice chemistry and energy between Rebecca and P. J., and they both put some great energy into the scene. P. J. is quite subservient here, and although I would have liked to have seen her receive more here, it fits her character perfectly to end things. This is a nicely done scene and a nice end to the movie.

The Corruption of Christina is a very nicely done movie. There isn’t much of a plot, but instead it’s more of a progression of scenes that follow P. J.’s character as she learns about her sexuality. It works extremely well, and does a nice job of bringing in a variety of scenes. The camera work didn’t always work for me, but I think some of that was due to having some more extreme sex at a time when there wasn’t much extreme sex being captured in adult movies. P. J. works great as the central character, and she’s in just enough of each scene to hold it all together while also remaining a bit of a tease. You never know quite when she’s going to join in, and it makes the payoff at the end all the better. The Corruption of Christina is an extremely well done adult film that I’d highly recommend to couples.

The Extra Stuff

The photo gallery lasts about a minute and a half with about six seconds per okay looking snapshot or full screen photo. There’s also promotional materials, the Wicked Web, a company profile, and a list of AVN & Wicked DVD winners and nominations.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Wicked’s Vintage Edition DVDs can be found online for between about $8 and $20 with most stores offering them for under $15. Even at the high end this one’s worth picking up. There isn’t much for extras, but the technical aspects and the movie are both very well done.
