The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are nicely done. The audio is clear and nicely balanced. The video is also pretty good. It’s clear and normally nicely lit, but there are a few shadows which interfere now and then.

Music: The music comes and goes through the movie. It has a very stereotypical feel, but rests very quietly in the background most of the time.

Disc Complaints: There’s phone sex and website crap before the main menu that you can’t skip. You can fast forward through it, thankfully, but you can’t skip it. Even more annoying is that if you don’t make a selection in the main menu in about thirty seconds, the disc stops and you have to go through all that shit again. This definitely doesn’t put me in a good mood when I start watching any DVD, and I’m thankful that Video Team has stopped this practice on their current releases.

Borderline False Advertising: Amber Roxx is the only girl featured on the cover. She’s also the only girl who, without question, never takes a cream pie in the movie. Yes, there’s a cream pie in her scene, but it just seems wrong to me to feature her prominently on the cover without having her take a cream pie in the movie. Between this and the crap commercials that you can’t skip, I’m upset enough with Video Team’s job on the DVD that I’m penalizing the overall score by a half point.

Menus: The menus are okay. The main menu has a little animation worked together with the boxcover. The chapter menu is very generic and lets you choose a scene based on a small clip of each scene.

The Feature

Chocolate Vanilla Cream Pie features five independent scenes. Each scene has a lead-in, which is sometimes a little story and sometimes an interview with the girl. You never know how the scene is going to start out, but you know that it’s going to end up with a girl taking a load inside her.

Scene 1 - Olivia Saint and Mr. Marcus

When Marcus finds a wishing well, he wishes for what every guy wants, pussy. More to the point, he wishes for some white pussy. Scene 2 - Teoni, Amber Roxx and Sledge Hammer

Scene 3 - Lauren Phoenix and Tre Synful

Of course there’s Lauren not being able to squeeze any out, but that’s the minor part here. Chocolate Vanilla Cream Pie is a decent movie. I like how the scenes have a mix of setups, with some of them being story based and others just focusing on the girls. The scenes have some nice chemistry, and keep the energy level believable for the most part. My biggest problem with the movie was the camera work and editing. Most of it is nicely done, but every now and then it gets completely hung up in extreme close-ups of the penetration. This normally bores me after a little bit, and I found myself losing a little interest in the scenes even though they might have good energy and chemistry. Thankfully, through it all it looks like Van Style enjoys what he does. That enjoyment combined with some great chemistry and believable energy helps Chocolate Vanilla Cream Pie to end well above average.

The Extra Stuff

Currently, many Video Team DVDs can be found online for between $15 and $25 with stores offering them everywhere in between. I’d aim low here, but some of the style doesn’t fit my tastes. There’s nice chemistry in the scenes and some decent cream pies. The technical aspects are also pretty good and there’s some nice effort put into the extras. This is a pretty well done DVD.

Note to Video Team: You have a great start here with some obvious effort being put into the DVD. Please don’t ruin it with things like forcing people to watch things they might not want to and misrepresenting things on the front cover. Little things like that stick with people a long time.
