Bubble Gum Fantasies (Sinthetic) Review

Initial Expectations: After reading Sonic’s review , it’s not looking too good.

Initial Reaction: I’ve had vacuums that didn’t suck this bad.

Audio /Video Quality: I think the technical term for the audio quality is piss poor. The second scene is pretty good, but the first and last are horrible. I could barely make out any of the dialogue in the first scene in addition to appearing dubbed in areas and noticeable background noise. I’ve seen better audio and video synching in Godzilla movies. Yes, I do mean the Japanese ones. I’m not even sure if it’s for this movie. The video is better, but that isn’t hard. It’s pretty clear in the first and last scenes, but there’s some screen junk, pixelation, and slight grain in the middle scene.

Music: None.

Disc Problems: NO TIME CODE!!!! This is a minor thing that from what I understand takes next to zero effort. Sinthetic seems to not care about anything other than getting the DVD out for somebody to buy.

Review: I admit it. I’m getting old. I might even make it to thirty in a few years. Maybe getting old has something to do with my initial dislike of Bubble Gum Fantasies . When I was a kid, I never remembered stars flipping off the camera at one of the first chances they got. Even when I got old enough to sneak my parent’s pornos I never saw this little class. From the very star of the movie, if you want to call it that, I got attitude from Bunny Luv. She struck me as having all of Jenna Jameson’s ego with hardly any of the work. Yes I am comparing Bunny Luv to Jenna, who some consider a goddess, but not too any of her good parts. It’s like saying somebody is a star like Ed Powers.

Things start off with Bunny in a school girl outfit and a lunch box beside her which has some bubbles in it. Bunny blows a few bubbles before she gets bored and starts masturbating. Ian Daniels walks in a little later and they argue a little. Bunny claims she was doing her homework and I have next to no idea what Ian was claiming or questioning since I couldn’t make out more than three or four words he said. Since this is a porno, Bunny starts to suck his dick pretty soon, well, after she removes her gum at least, which she sticks on the lunch box until she’s done. When Ian starts to fuck her she starts blowing bubbles again and looks bored through most of the scene. At least I wasn’t alone. Although this scene could have been fun and sexy, it instead ended up being boring and barely warm. It is spliced together worse than Frankenstein and has so many pieces put together that it’s probably closer to compare it to a hot dog.

Before the next scene we’re treated to Bunny’s musical talent or lack thereof while she has a smoke. She sings a dirty little ditty which is almost funny. She flips off the camera repeatedly and looks like a strung out crack whore. At this point, I’m not even sure why people consider Bunny Luv a star. I’m guessing she must have the same publicity team as Jenna Jameson. The only difference is that Jenna has some talent and so far I’m not seeing any from Bunny Luv.

The middle scene (or scenes depending on how you look at it) is the only salvation of Bubble Gum Fantasies . Dayton calls on the phone to order that a girl with large natural tits be sent to her room and that she’ll be waiting in the bathtub. Of course Bunny is that girl since it’s her movie. It’s not too bad of a scene and actually rates as warm. There are some nice touches in it such as the girls toweling each other off before they move to the bed. As soon as they get started on the bed Dayton hears her husband enter and she chases Bunny into the bathroom. Ian hears something in the bathroom while Dayton is blowing him. He pulls Bunny out and makes her and Dayton go at it while he watches. Eventually he and Dayton go at it while Bunny helps a little. It’s a very warm scene but I wouldn’t call it hot.

In between scenes we see Bunny on a photo shoot. It doesn’t really add anything to the movie at all and would have been best skipped.

Ian Daniels finishes off Bubble Gum Fantasies with Brittany Andrews. He shows up at her door and she greets him congratulating him on winning the Get to Have Sex with a Porn Star contest. For a little bit it appeared the scene would be done in a virtual style. After the scene starts it turns into a horribly done normal style scene. The sex is warm at best and I have never seen such a horrible synch between the audio and video. I’m not even sure it’s for this scene. Also, a small pink projector appears on the screen for a significant amount of times during the scene at different times. It looks similar to a multiple angles icon. So I tried the multiple angles button on my remote to find that there aren’t any multiple angles in Bubble Gum Fantasies . About half way through this scene my body revolted on me. It insisted on grabbing my remote control and putting Bubble Gum Fantasies in the picture in picture and the Minnesota Wild hockey game on the main screen. Watching Vancouver score against the Wild was preferable to the horror of Bubble Gum Fantasies and I like the Wild. Every so often I would override my body and put Bubble Gum Fantasies back on the entire screen to see if it had improved. It never did. Bunny Luv also never appeared in this scene. I guess I don’t blame her for running out on her own movie.

The only really good thing I could find about Bubble Gum Fantasies is that Bunny still has real tits. The middle section is also almost worthwhile but not nearly enough to make up for the rest of the movie. As with most Bubble Gum this one blows.

Extras: Links and an automated photo gallery that lasts a little under a minute. It’s a mix of full screen and snapshots and the pictures are very clear.

Overall: You can currently fund Bubble Gum Fantasies for about $13 on sale with almost everybody else offering it for $20 on up. Don’t bother. With the exception of the middle scene it sucks in almost every way possible.

Would I buy more in the series: Watching another installment of Bubble Gum Fantasies ranks right behind getting a root canal and a little ahead of having a bad full of fire ants released into my pants. If it weren’t for the middle section the fire ants would have won.

Note to Sinthetic: This is one of the worst releases I’ve seen in a long time. It doesn’t even look like you care about your releases.
