Synopsis:

Audio/Video:
The Blowjob Adventures of Dr. Fellatio 42 is presented with an English 2.0 Stereo track, which is all that is necessary for the film. As this is more of an all sex film than a plot based film a stereo track is all that is necessary for the film. The dialog is clear and can be heard at all times during the film. Elegant Angel hasn't included any foreign language tracks or subtitle options for the feature film.

The Blowjob Adventures of Dr. Fellatio 42 is presented in the full screen aspect ratio of 1.33:1, which is the original aspect ratio for the film. The picture isn't perfect, but it isn't horrible either. It is free from glitches, artifacts and blemishes and the color levels are correctly set. There are a few points in the film where there are pixels present in the video. It only occurs in a few places during the film but it is noticeable. There is also a slight haloing in places during the film. None of this will ruin the viewing experience though, it just isn't up to the normal standards of Elegant Angel.

Special Features:
There are two extras included on the disc and neither one has to do with the feature film. There are three bonus scenes included on the disc from The Blowjob Adventures of Dr. Fellatio 41. There is a seven-and-a-half minute scene with Brittany Blue, a six-and-a-half minute scene with an unknown female and a thirteen minute scene with Mandy Ridge and Lacie Coxx. There are also trailers included on the disc for Big Wet Asses, Slutwoman's Revenge, Cumback Pussy 50, Compulsion, and The Blowjob Adventures of Dr. Fellatio 41.

Disc Design/Navigation:
The disc is designed with simple animated menus that look nice. There are 10 chapters available from the main menu for the feature film. Each one is identified by a video clip from the scene that it goes to. There are 11 chapter stops within the feature film itself. There is a time code encoded on the disc for the feature film.

General Review:
The Blowjob Adventures of Dr. Fellatio 42 is the latest installation of Elegant Angel's long running series. This volume sees another change in the directorial chair for the series with William H. (Nutsack) taking it over. He has taken the series and added his own flavor to it giving the series new life again.

The film features a nice cast and a nice variety to the scenes. Some of the scenes are set-up vignette style and give a quick back story to the scene. Others are essentially all sex blow job scenes with no real set-up to them. William H. has also utilized a nice variety of locations to the scenes, from indoor to outdoor locations, which keeps the scenes from getting monotonous. Some viewers might be disappointed to know that there is one full fledged sex scene mixed into the middle of the film. Some viewers may find this to be a distraction from the blow jobs but I found it to be a nice intermission in the film.

The cast looks great and shows off their oral skills throughout the film. Most of the scenes are on the lighter side, with only one getting rough making the film enjoyable for audiences of all tastes. Some viewers may not like the scene with Felicia Fox as the scene is presented entirely in black and white. The sexual themes in the film are vaginal sex with blow jobs, female masturbation, male masturbation, pussy fingering and pussy eating. For viewers that care about condom use, there isn't a condom used in the one sex scene in the film.
