| The first thing you‘re going to notice about Boot Camp is the fact that while it‘s some ol‘ straight-up wall-to-wall gonzo sex, it isn‘t your typical shoot at someone‘s house screw-on-the-sofa or fuck-on-the-staircase porn. This one was put together at Hustler‘s very own studios which means we have actual sets, props and wardrobe here. I immediately second-guessed the genuineness of this effort for just that reason. I thought there‘s no way that Van Styles would sell out to The Man and do something like this. I‘ve seen Hustler‘s Barely Legal Ski Camp, Innocence and Summer Camp and while they were all enjoyable with great casts, it didn‘t seem to be a fit for gonzo‘s reigning Prince of Potential. Is this what it’s come to? Van Styles signing a contract and having to discard his own personal vision in order to shoot a watered-down version of what his masters in the front office demand? Well, whether it was his idea or simply fulfilling a requirement, Boot Camp delivers on all fronts. If the suits at Hustler were expecting some tame, softcore, ready-for-cable television effort from Styles then they got played. Van does Van and turns out the same great stuff he generally does, this time outside of his own place and with some interesting toys to play with. | |||||
| Scene One: Nadia Styles & Sativa Rose with Kurt Lockwood | |||||
 I‘ll freely admit that these two, individually, have probably done some of their best work for Van Styles with Kurt Lockwood but getting them BOTH to himself here is just plain unfair. Sativa (whose thigh-high boots would make Sarah Douglas in Superman II jealous) and Nadia (who, in all honesty, should be bigger in this business than her buddy, Teagan) get caught trying to escape boot camp and are now in the same holding cell together lamenting their decision. The warden, Kurt Lockwood pulls some quid pro quo stuff and gets the girls to undress and engage in some g/g play in exchange for his own personal pleasure and their release. Fans of Kat will be more than pleased with her performance and the final scene with Genesis and Missy is everything you would expect from those two, Genesis showing me a little bit more than she showed me in Barely Legal: Corrupted 2.
