Bad News Bitches 4: Back in Training is the last installment of the short-lived Bad News Bitches series. Like its predecessors, Bad News Bitches 4: Back in Training sticks to the same formulaic plot that the series has utilized twice so far.

In this entry, Slick Blair (Slick Rhodes) is now having nightmares of Nautica (from Bad News Bitches) and Penny Flame (Penny Flame) (from Bad News Bitches 3) beating his baseball team. Blair wants Flame taken down once and for all. Billy (Billy Glide) agrees to help Blair and finds out that Flame's cousin Tory (Tory Lane) is going to a boarding school that has fallen delinquent on their taxes. Blair pays the back taxes gaining ownership of the school. The boarding school girls play a game of baseball against Blair's team.

Bad News Bitches 4: Back in Training is a lot more misses than hits. The plot for the movie is in the “what the fuck” territory. Nothing about it makes any sense. The acting is poor, despite some talented cast members being in the movie. The ballgame footage is a letdown. The sex scenes are, at best, average.

Technically the movie isn't great. During gameplay, some of the images have been reversed as the “Bad News Bitches” logo is backward. As with the all of the past entries in the series, the male team has no uniforms at all. The gameplay footage is poorly done, again. For the technically third entry in a series, you would think by now someone would have figured out how to shoot a sporting event. Sadly, the entire movie is poorly shot. The movie comes across as a rush job just to get a product out on the market instead of actually trying to make an enjoyable adult movie.

The film has no continuity with past entries in the series. Slick Blair now played for the Giants instead of the ants [sic]. Randy reprises his role from the original movie and is now living in a trailer instead of an apartment. Randy now has a history with Penny not with Nautica despite him only showing up as the coach in Bad News Bitches with Nautica and not Bad News Bitches 3 with Penny.

Bad News Bitches 4: Back in Training is a poor send-off to an overall poorly done adult movie series. This entry is the worst of the lot, except for the complete rip-off that was the second entry in the series. There is no reason to seek out this entry.

Pink Kitty Video has done a good job with their release of Bad News Bitches 4: Back in Training. Bad News Bitches 4: Back in Training is presented in the anamorphic widescreen aspect ratio of 1.78:1 in 480i. The video is crisp and clear and looks good. There is good color representation and there aren't any noticeable blemishes.

Bad News Bitches 4: Back in Training is presented with an English Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo track. For the most part, the track is fine for the material that is being presented. There is one point where the girls are yelling and the volume is overdriven. The dialog is clear and can be heard at all times.

The only extra that Pink Kitty Video has included on this release is a photo gallery.

The Bad News Bitches series started poorly and Bad News Bitches 4: Back in Training ends the series worse off than it started. A cast with potential and a story that could have been fun are completely wasted by this quickly churned out adult movie. Pink Kitty Video has done a good job with their release of Bad News Bitches 4: Back in Training.
