Synopsis:
In the third volume of this all sex pro-am series from Adam & Eve, newer adult talent is paired up with seasoned veterans.

Audio/Video:
Amateur Angels 3 is presented with an English 2.0 Stereo track, which is all that is necessary for the film. Since the film is made up of dialog and sex, any fancy audio tracks would just be wasted on this film. The dialog is clear and easy to hear at all times but the audio is not well balanced. The audio in the sex scenes is louder than the audio in the interviews, which can get annoying rather fast. Adam & Eve hasn't included any foreign language tracks or any subtitle options for the feature film.

Amateur Angels 3 is presented in the full screen aspect ratio of 1.33:1, which is the original aspect ratio for the feature film. The video is in good shape bearing no artifacts, blemishes or glitches. The color levels are correctly set. The picture isn't as sharp as some of the releases that Adam & Eve is putting out now, but since this title is a few years old, this is probably as good as the source material will allow.

Special Features:
Adam & Eve has included a few extras on the disc for your after movie enjoyment. There is a photo gallery that contains 46 stills on a track. There are bios, with text information and a picture, for all the female cast members. There is a back stage featurette with behind the scenes footage including the filming of the movie and the photo shoots. There are also previews for Sex Across America: Las Vegas, Sex Across America 2: New Orleans, Sex Across America 3: San Francisco, Amateur Angels, and Forbidden Lust.

Disc Design/Navigation:
The disc is designed with simple, non-animated menus that are functional and look nice. There are six chapters available from the main menu, one for each of the scenes. They are identified by a video clip from the scene. There are 48 chapter stops within the film itself. As with most Adam & Eve titles, this disc contains the Hot Shot feature, where by clicking during the scene you can jump to the cum shot. Unfortunately, Adam & Eve hasn't given the viewer a way to disable the hot shot icon so it is always on in the corner of the screen, which is very annoying. There is no time code for the feature film encoded on the disc.

General Review:
This film is composed in the same fashion as the others in the series. Each scene follows the same formula to its styling. The scene starts out with Luc Wylder holding an interview with the participants. The interview mostly focuses on the female, but does turn over to the male every once and a while. Then the scene goes into the sex and once the sex ends, the next scene begins.

The sex in the film is tame, which doesn't have to mean that it is formulaic. Unfortunately, that is the case here. All too often directors forget that tame sex designed for couples doesn't have to mean the same basic scene repeated ad nauseam. This film appears to me to be one of those cases. Don't get me wrong, there are some variances to the scenes to mix them up and the acts aren't always repeated in the same order, but when watching the film you get that all too familiar feeling of haven't I seen this scene before. The sexual themes in the film are vaginal sex with pussy eating (male to female and female to female), blow jobs, lesbianism, feet, pussy fingering (male to female and female to female), vaginal toy use and squirting. For viewers that care about condom use, there are condoms used in all of the sex scenes.

As far as the cast goes, I found them to be a mixed bag with some that I found to be very attractive and others that I wasn't too interested in. Their enthusiasm level varied considerably as well. Some were obviously very into their scenes and others appeared as if they could care less. Holly Hollywood and Nikki Love have the best scene in the film, which might make it worth picking up the disc alone. They both have a lot of enthusiasm and are very into their scene. The film also utilizes standard locations, which I feel works against the film. Some viewers could probably care less about the locations used in a film, but I like some variety to where the sex takes place and this film doesn't fulfill that.

Scene Synopsis:
The first scene brings us Annie Body and Mickey G and starts out with some pussy eating before going into the blow job. The scene concludes with some vaginal sex. The second scene features Nikki Love and Holly Hollywood and consists of feet worship, pussy eating, pussy fingering and vaginal toy use. Holly Hollywood also squirts when she orgasms in this scene. The third scene presents us with Ashley Love and Eric Masterson and starts out with some pussy fingering before going into the pussy eating. The scene then goes into the blow job before concluding with some vaginal sex.

The fourth scene gives us Kelly Warner and Michael Mateo and starts out with a blow job before going into the pussy eating. The scene concludes with some vaginal sex. The fifth scene brings us Karianna and John West and starts out with a blow job before going into the pussy eating. The scene concludes with some vaginal sex. The sixth and final scene features Margo and Kyle Stone and starts out with some pussy eating before going into the blow job. The scene and the film conclude with some vaginal sex.

Parting Thoughts:
Amateur Angels 3 ends up being your average couples oriented film with rather formulaic sex scenes and some uninspired sex scenes. If you like nastier sex or a plot with your adult films, you'll want to pass on this title. If you like tamer sex and like films from the pro-am genre and you can find the title on sale, you might want to give it a try, but don't be expecting a masterpiece.
