The Knowledge:

This is 3rd Degree‘s first attempt at POV and the first time I can remember Chris Streams acting as male talent. This studio is red-hot right now and have yet to put out what I consider to be a bad title. The talent they use, the directors they‘ve employed and their concepts are all top-notch making even their mediocre movies a step above what their contemporaries release.

Comments:

This is the first 3rd Degree title that I can say I have been mildly disappointed in. The main reason for that was the same reason that I‘m not a big fan of Julian‘s POV Pin-Ups series: the fact that it doesn‘t stay truly POV for the entire scene. People rent or buy point-of-view titles for a reason and you should give them what they are paying for, not your regular work with only the majority of the scenes being shot in true POV fashion. Also, you would think that 3rd Degree would attempt to line up more A-list talent for their inaugural POV title. Instead, we get a solid cast, yes, but not one that I believe any fan out there was exactly chomping at the bit to see. The only true dynamo I can think of in this line up is Roxy Jezel and she is running the risk of overexposure lately. I hope that 3rd Degree was simply saving their best for About Face 2 because this struck me as a collection of bonus scenes that, while satisfying and good for what they were, could have probably stayed in the can.
