Hello all, I joined because it seems like a decent enough place, saw some interesting civil discussions here and there. But I am no expert on much of the etiquette, what you can do, what you cannot. I would like to ID someone, but reading about the restrictions leaves me a little confuzzled. The whole tube-sites thing... still not sure what the limit is. I can find several links to sites, some of them feature stills taken from footage, some feature part of the footage and I think some offer it as a promo or free sample. To which could I link? Most of these sites are all owned by the same company anyway. Am I correct you cannot take a screenshot and cut out a part, like only a face? Any tips would be great!
