The technical aspects are above average due to some low lighting, and there's sadly no effort put into the extras. This release has flashes of greatness, but never manages to bring it all together. "Gangbanged" is about as hardcore as it gets and while it's definitely not casual viewing material it is an example of high-quality hardcore done exceptionally well.
