Dick em Down is primarily a black on black film. The only guys in the film are black and all but one of the starlets are black. Because of that is suffers slightly from the same problem that most ethnic/certain look films follow, a lot of the girls are second rate for one reason or another be it looks or performance and over all things could have been more interesting.
