Aside from Ashley Downs, Yuffie Yulan and Lexi Ryder, a couple more girls you could put in new IR scenes would be Tamara Grace and Sienna Day?
Why can't you get Yuffie Yulan, Lexi Ryder and other girls to appear in IR scenes? I know Yuffie at least has done a few of them, just not for KG.
