Initial Reaction: Skip it. Only half the scenes are anal and most of the audio on the second half is unbearable. Who Should Watch It : Death row inmates Who Should Avoid It: Anybody who remembers Cumback Pussy as an anal sex feature or anybody who likes halfway decent audio with their porn Audio /Video Quality: Although the style of Cumback Pussy 46 is very gonzo like, (it started out as a gonzo series) Patrick Collins never gets out from behind the camera to interact with the performers.
