The film is broken down into parts, all revolving around the gym, hence the title, but doesnt rely much on story but just good old fashioned sex. Part one is entitled Warm Up. After catching Gevin Favres eye during a workout Cameron Jackson meets up with him once again a week later. They both admire one anothers bodies before Gevin asks to take some photos of his new gym buddy.
