Randy West presents episode number 122 of his never-ending "Up & Cummers" line. I have seen Young Cream Pies #8 which is a collection of different U&C scenes and, I thought, it's time to check out the real thing. Basically, Cock Hounds has five unrelated gonzo scenes. SCENE 1: Alyssa Allure & Sledgehammer. Alyssa is exceptionally unattractive and it boggles the mind as to why Sledgehammer and Stoney get excited when they see her.
